A huge shout out to the staff at St. Eugene. They were all very helpful and super friendly.

One of our favorite traveling destinations. Great staff, excellent food.

Inadequate close parking for hotel guests. No orientation for site amenities (pool, restaurants) at check in. Misinformed about restaurant openings. No housekeeping for 2 day stay, even after asking twice to have done. Rooms are needing renovations.

Nice place to stay

Absolutely beautiful property. The mission was a wonderful place to stay. The casino was fun. The golf course café had excellent food and the golf course was the prettiest one we've seen. Would definitely recommend.

Overall great

Was told hot tubs were working. We specified that we would be moving a reservation from in Cranbrook just to enjoy pool and hot tubs. I spoke to receptionist at the hotel via phone. Arrive to find #1 hot tubs are cold, jets not working. #2 breakfast is in restaurant, expensive. #3 steam room not working. #4 small barking dog left in room next to us, no owner present. This was a dismal stay. Was supposed to be a nice, special weekend trip. Had to debase myself asking for a discount to room. Plus, drink machines charge you $10 for one drink, and machines show the WRONG drinks on the front. Don't expect respect, or facilities to work if you book.

Our stay was good . The only issue we had was the beds were not that good for sleeping. Also the one bed was only about a foot from the wall making walking around it a challenge. But I won 90 bucks in the casino so that was good lol.

All staff were so kind and helpful. Everyone was happy from housekeeping ,front desk, and casino staff. Golf course is amazing. Great place to stay!!

Staff are very welcoming, friendly and professional

Staff are awesome, beds are real comfy and HUGE., the room had a very wierd musty smell, we opened the patio door and turned on the central fan to help it go away, but if you left for a bit and went back, the smell was there. I did ask for air fresher and when asked the room number 2132, she replied oh the musty smell. It didnt really effect our stay well maybe a little

Overnight for golf. The room was clean and comfortable. A mature clientele, so pretty quiet. (Which I appreciate) The grounds are lovely and the course is in great shape!

Great hot tub hours…………..

Great pool are but could use some landscaping. The food was excellent too n the casino and the golf bar. The room was very clean and the staff were very accommodating.

Clean and wonderful place to stay for a large group booking, golf and stay were perfect to have in one location! Staff was great and made it a wonderful experience!

I like the building well maintained, food is good, customer service is nice as well, water cattle with lots calcium, I switched one and same condition, it seems never be cleaned , if possible for hose keeping use soda mix vinegar to wash it will be great.

The carpet in the room had not been vacuumed in a while. The shower head was clogged with calcium deposits.

Was first time. Did not know it was former Residential School. The history was interesting to look at and read. Room was nice size and clean. Also very quiet
