This property has so much potential but doesn’t live up to it. This was our second time going there and we just noticed things a lot more closely. Cleanliness being the main thing.Rooms are clean but could be better - you can see the dirt and grime on the floor along the tub. Requested a crib and had to clean it 4 times for the wipes to come up looking clean. The best part about this resort is the pool and beach area, but it’s not clean. There are cobwebs everywhere…saw someone cleaning the parking lot ceiling when it’s the pool area that needs attention. Breakfast buffet was basic but good. Nothing special. Decided to order food from the pool menu and got a plate of nachos for around $25+ and all it was chips, cheese on top and a few jalapeños with a small side of sour cream and salsa. Cost over $25 for just a plate of chips! The restaurant staff is pleasant, as well as housekeeping but front desk can be better. I called in, before arriving to request for a crib, and decided to ask what my gold status vip access entailed as last year I was told because of it I could get an upgrade but because they were full they had nothing. And the response I got was, well that was last year and this is this year and that the status has to do with Expedia and not them. And when I told the front desk in person that when I had booked the hotel I had also sent them a message with my requests and never got a response, I was told they had no record of it because I had sent it through Expedia

Thee overall facility was very well maintained with careful attention to customer service.

A lovely mini break in a very nice condo with excellent friendly staff . The property was very clean and we constantly saw the staff working to keep it that way .

My only complaint is the front desk staff. Imagine walking up for the first time and the gruff looking dude (Michael) not bothering to make eye contact, say hello, inquire if it’s our first time the usual friendly pleasantries. Instead he slows down the parking form and says “fill this out and put on dash” followed by “ID and credit card”. It was so cold and unfriendly it was quite shocking for a higher end hotel property. Otherwise the stay was great. No other complaints. Perfect location. Property very well maintained. Nice pool. Nice beach. Beautiful sunsets.

Loved this hotel! Room was clean and the amenities were great! Nice grassy area to play games & have dinner. Private beach and amazing pool!

We recently stayed at the Walnut Beach resort in a one bedroom suite. The room was modern, clean and spacious. It had a full kitchen and dining area as well as a seating area with a couch and two chairs. King bed was a bit too soft for my liking but my husband thought it was great. Large bathroom with a huge tub/shower combo. I only wish that there was a mounted grab bar on the wall to get in and out of as the tub was a bit deep. There is an onsite restaurant for convenience that looked great but for this trip we chose to visit some of the local restaurants. The check in staff were very friendly and helpful. Pool was very nice and refreshing. Wifi and underground parking are included in the room cost. Overall, we had an extremely good experience with this property.

food was 1 star at best with service at the restaurant being 0 stat at best. the hotel was much better 3 years ago

The rooms were extra large and the pool with a view of the beach and lake were excellent.

A beautiful resort feel! Clean, spacious room with mountain and pool view! Gorgeous! Bed was crisp, clean, and comfy! Will definitely be back!!!

Great facilities and room. The restaurant was OK. We enjoyed buying our own steak and making use of the 5 napoleon grills on site.

Our room overlooked the pool and lake views. Suite was beautifully appointed with all the necessities. Washer dryer for longer stays with a great kitchen. Would definitely stay there again.

I appreciated the restaurant onsite. While not exactly michelin star level, it more than adequate and as a result I didn't have to search out a restaurant in Osoyoos.
