Had to call to have amenities stocked (toilet paper, etc). Also, for a delux king room we had three small pillows on an expanse of bed. Had to get two more for comfort. Had to also call twice to get request fulfilled. Rooms could use a bit of updating.

Probably time to refresh the rooms but it’s still a good place to stay and a good value.

Great breakfast buffet

Great location! In walking distance to Rogers arena and lots of different shops/restaurants. Spacious and clean room! Slow elevator but besides that fantastic stay!

Room was fine, once the ripped sheets were changed. Otherwise very clean. Overall, a good, quality hotel and would have rated it higher if it was a more reasonable price. It was nice, but not $300 per night nice. I did appreciate the security in the parking lot at night though.

Clean good staff

It’s an ok place to stay. Just don’t pick grad season to plan a stay. No included breakfast. But there is a $20 ok small buffet’ only GF is eggs and ask for gf toast. Only 3 small pods of ok expresso coffee for two people. Asked two times to get an extra but got nothing. Fridge was ok but very noisy. Toilet not ok, leaked and randomly would (flush) run loudly to fill the tank. Have toilets turned into children’s size because of cost? How about a grown up size for the price of the room? The ok shower is large head with very tiny holes like a very soft rain. Parking is ok but only few spots under a roof with electric plugs. NO level 2 EV charging but those plugs for 110v level 1. If you under the roof. 3 Pillows were ok but weird 1 lumpy, 1 hard, and 1 less hard. You have to walk a few blocks for food and drink.

Best part it across the street from Mark’s restaurant which is amazing

Decent location. Room was clean, but furniture seemed well worn. Hotel is a bit tired

closet door wouldn't close, the base of the bed had sharp corners that you couldn't help bumping into, the sliding barn door for the bathroom was heavy and noisy, the bathtub was very slippery (no mat).

Upgrade was available so got a suite which was a nice bonus. Extra space

The hotel location was perfect for our stay. Older hotel but well kept and very modern. The hotel staff where amazing. Made out staff most enjoyable. Looking forward to our next stay 😊

Front desk employee at check in was borderline rude, was not impressed and she quoted me a rate that was $40 higher than Expedia so I sat in chair and booked with them. I ordered room service, a simple turkey club with fries and gravy and after a long wait it finally arrived and all was ice cold. They charge a $2 fee plus 18% tip as well I tipped $5 when delivered and definitely was a waste of money, very disappointing as I had a long day and I was hungry. Hotel charges $30 per night for parking as well. Save yourself overall and book another hotel.

Good to stay Staffs were very kind

The staff at this hotel work very hard to accommodate their guests. Very easy check in. Room could be updated stayed on the 16th room but still very comfortable. I definitely would stay here again..

I did not like the fact that we had to pay $30 a day for parking!!! BEWARE OF HIDDEN FEES!
