For the money I would have hoped for coffee and tea facility in room, a safe in room, Wi-Fi that worked, bbc news channel would work, plug in bathroom sink would work, room was a bit shabby to be honest and breakfast average, sorry

Big and comfortable rooms! Many restaurants within walking distance.

No light working in room, save one. Night light from outside shines through glass pane of main door so rooms not dark. Generally clean and high-quality furniture and bath but run-down. One towel for four beds. Overpriced, frankly.

One night stay as part of a longer road trip. Conveniently located and quick and simple check in and check out. Clean, comfortable room.

The property is dated inside, and there is no ventilation, so need to keep windows open or be prepared to experience a sewer smell. Cobwebs all around in the light fixtures on the second floor Some of the lights don’t work in the rooms Breakfast was a very positive experience- friendly staff

Rooms are miles away from the reception, very dust rooms and also many cobwebs and spiders in the room. Cleanliness should definitely be improved. Bearing in mind that this hotel has a great opportunity with business travelers as it is right next to the industrial area, it should be improved. Breakfast was plentiful, but no continental options. Lots of confusion by all as the breakfast is all over the area and people cannot find things. Staff at reception are quite poor, spent 10 minutes filling all the details on an ipad that they asked and when its time to get the invoice with the company name, its blank. Took 6 attempts to get it right, including the staff googling for the address and putting what they think is right rather than what you tell them. Utter incompetence, but is the usual Danish standard for hospitality. Would recommend staying there, but be warned about the cleanliness, although not unhygienic, and the poor staff.

the hotel was advertised as a 4 Star hotel The experience was a disaster it was like going into. Prison The entire experience was horrific Including breakfast which was very bad and I was left with bad stomach after breakfast

Good property, small room but we knew it would be. Very hot weather there but no air conditioning. Although we paid a few months ago, we were told a few days prior that we would have to move to another hotel for the last day of our stay. The other hotel room was not ready until 3 p.m. Not good enough!

Skøn beliggenhed på toppen med udsigt til broen og vandet. Dejligt med terrasse eller altan. Fantastisk morgenmad med alt hvad man kan tænke sig. Alt er hjemmelavet og dejligt med små portionsanretninger.

Vi kom til stedet kl 13:35, og måtte betale 50 kroner pr. værelse, for at få nøglen til værelset, da vi først havde det fra kl 14:00. Det er dårlig stil, da værelserne var færdige 🤔

Dejligt værelse med god seng og sengetøj. Manglede lige et make-up spejl. Fantastisk morgenmad med virkelig stort udvalg. Vi havde møde på stedet og alt spillede- sødt og hjælpsom personale.

Morgen mad er rigtig godt

Virkelig god morgenmad. Familieværelserne har hvad man skal bruge, men trænger til en opdatering, når man giver så meget per nat.

Rigtig fint ophold. Særligt vil jeg fremhæve morgenmaden, som jeg synes var af høj kvalitet med bl.a. hjemmelavet kødpålæg.
