Came in late after a long day. Front desk was very friendly and efficient. Room was clean and beds were super comfy. Very happy.

Essayer d’enlever les tapis qui sentent beaucoup l’humidité, l’air climatisé est très bruyant,le déjeuner était correct sans plus. Nous avons été très bien accueilli, le stationnement est super pour les chambres au bas surtout

There was no USB port in the room. Very poor bathtub drain.

La chambre était propre excepté une forte odeur d'humidité. À coup qu'on est dans la pièce, on ne la sent plus , mais à chaque fois qu'on entre, ça frappe.

Our stay was great! People were wonderful! Fast check in and out! Only downfall was our bed wasnt the most comfortable! The room was clean and housekeeping came daily! We would return!

Staff were great! Rooms were clean and the air was on which was great since there was a heat warning! Very thoughtful!

Breakfast was good with bacon, sausage ,scrabbles egg etc... However breakfast area is small. The staff was very good.

Il n’y a pas d’assenceur et c’est 10$ de plus pour être au premier étage. Ce n’était pas mentionné dans ma réservation. C’était propre et confortable. Du bacon et de la saucisse dans le déjeuner.

Overall, our room was very nice and spacious, 2 great king size beds, however, we were told the air conditioning made noise, which we didn't mind (better to be cool and have noise that hot, as it was very hot in Sherbrooke that day). But we realized only too late that the air conditioning although a bit noisy actually did not work.It made for a very uncomfortable night sleep. The breakfast selection is always great, but the place was so crowded it was very tight quarters with a lot of young students taking all the seating areas. and the food stations very slow. I would stay there again but would make sure air conditioning works and maybe time my breakfast better at a quieter time.
