Stay was okay, wouldn’t stay again. The front desk was not very friendly Breakfast wasn’t great and gym was just a couple machines , no weights

Excellent service

The hotel is dated, beside a busy road, no views. Not enough staff at breakfast, long wait for hot food, bread and bagels in plastic bags without tongs for retrieval. Not many food items to choose from. We had a “deluxe” room, but it was very basic. Good internet. Ok staff. Look elsewhere.

Room was neglected. Found old garbage and beer cans under the chair. Sheets weren’t fully tucked in and certain things weren’t wiped down properly.

The room was sparkling and the breakfast was great. The front desk was courteous and friendly. A great stay.

The pillows are terrible. Very flimsy. The hallway carpets was dirty. The bathtub faucet leaks constantly in 408. The coffee is very weak. I didn't bother trying the breakfast after trying the coffee. There is an odor in the room. I'm not sure if it's the laundry detergent in the bed linen or the carpet; but it's not pleasant. In 408 the door rubs on the carpet and now there's a black skid mark. The door is cheaper to fix than replacing the carpet. Which, does need replacing now.

Quick checkin (just an ID check and room deposit and I was on may way - perfect) which is paramount to me given all the info provided when we book these days. Room was quiet, AC/heater was very quiet and continuous so no start and stop which drives me crazy. Room was very nice as well.

The desk clerk was helpful and efficient. The room is spacious. The carpet needs a cleaning but the beds are very comfortable. A great place to stay.

Not much selection for non dairy

Room was in need of a refresh, tired looking, no kleenex in dispenser, didn't feel clean. Tv remote needed new batteries. the room has appeared to have paid for it self a long time ago. Otherwise the overall ambiance of the hotel and the breakfast was great.
