Excellent location prior to boarding cruise!

This property is next to the Colon 2000 mall and the cruise port. They provide baggage check and shuttle service to the port (which was not well publicized). Our room was comfortable and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The one good thing about this hotel is its location, right next to the cruise port. However, there could be a lot of improvements. First, they agreed to pick us up at the airport (1 hour away), but no one showed up. When we got to the hotel (after check in time) the room was not ready. We had to wait 1.5 hours for the room to be ready. The staff were polite but full of excuses. The "executive" room was sparsely furnished with only one uncomfortable chair, but it was clean. However, the internet works great because I am using it now. Would I stay here again? No, not unless I had to.

The restaurant staff are great,I love Diana she is the best but all the staff are good people tho. Front desk staff is nice too. Just wish for some bleach to be use when cleaning the bathroom. Windows was clean in this room i got. Thanks again for having us. I was cold so I keep the air conditioner off most of the time it work well tho.

Upon arrival I was told that, I was told that even though I had a reservation confirmation, they were not aware of it. After close to an hour I was told that they had managed to find a room for us. An “upgrade”. I had booked a king suite and was placed in a room with 2 double beds. The upgrade was a balcony that looked out over a warehouse parking lot. The supper buffet was good, the breakfast buffet was average. The highlight was the omelette station.

This hotel is old, needs some work and in general musty. We booked here because we were going on a cruise, it’s close to a very nice Mall with lots of food options. Colon is neither attractive or visitor friendly. If it’s one night for a cruise, fine, otherwise stay in Panama City and drive up for your embarkation.

Overall nice hotel

The room AC was not working. The iron was not working. Had to transfer to another room and breakfast was not served was not included. I don’t see how if you spend the night there.

Extremely convenient to cruise port terminal

We had an excellent stay at the Radisson in Colon. The staff here was exceptionally friendly. The front desk attendants Javier and Yelenis took great care of us. They accommodated all our needs seamlessly, and the bartender and restaurant provided excellent service. I strongly recommend staying here when visiting Panama.

Clean rooms and some of the most pleasant staff I've ever encountered. Some items changed on the breakfast menu daily which was a lovely surprise. Limited parking but definitely felt safe. The exterior of the hotel definitely needs upgrading but it was a lovely stay.

Friendly staff, great for cruises departing from colon

Nice hotel. Great location if going or returning on a cruise. However. Even tho we did extendive research of yhe area we were surprised to see the conditions in Colon. Cuty is broken, firty and we felt very unsafe even during the day. Disappointing.

Mold in bathrooms, Shower not cleaned, had someone hair in the shower. No frig, door frame in bathroom is rotted.
