Customer service was excellent

Staff were very attentive during my stay. The young man at check in was very helpfull and pleasant. Enjoyed breakfast!

Rooms did not smell clean and fresh, linen did not appear clean and had hair and hair particles on them and some lights did not work. Water in shower not running freely and some rooms had one bottle of water and some had none. With two guests per room we expected two bottles of water in each room

Staff was friendly, Room was clean, food was fresh daily. There is security at the door and the location has a shopping and food court feet away. All areas was clean.

Home away from home. The staff always try to make us comfortable. There's one particular staff member she is super great. Next time I will get her name. We always stay there at least 4 times year round.

Great location for pre or post cruise. Walkable to or from cruise port area. Very nice suite with terrace that over looks the pool area and you can watch the container ships coming in and out. Port area is attached to a shopping mall and plenty of restaurants. Staff was great!

More english speaking restaurant staff needed.

Excellent location prior to boarding cruise!

This property is next to the Colon 2000 mall and the cruise port. They provide baggage check and shuttle service to the port (which was not well publicized). Our room was comfortable and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The one good thing about this hotel is its location, right next to the cruise port. However, there could be a lot of improvements. First, they agreed to pick us up at the airport (1 hour away), but no one showed up. When we got to the hotel (after check in time) the room was not ready. We had to wait 1.5 hours for the room to be ready. The staff were polite but full of excuses. The "executive" room was sparsely furnished with only one uncomfortable chair, but it was clean. However, the internet works great because I am using it now. Would I stay here again? No, not unless I had to.

The restaurant staff are great,I love Diana she is the best but all the staff are good people tho. Front desk staff is nice too. Just wish for some bleach to be use when cleaning the bathroom. Windows was clean in this room i got. Thanks again for having us. I was cold so I keep the air conditioner off most of the time it work well tho.

Upon arrival I was told that, I was told that even though I had a reservation confirmation, they were not aware of it. After close to an hour I was told that they had managed to find a room for us. An “upgrade”. I had booked a king suite and was placed in a room with 2 double beds. The upgrade was a balcony that looked out over a warehouse parking lot. The supper buffet was good, the breakfast buffet was average. The highlight was the omelette station.
