Staff were super friendly and helpful. Hotel staff were always dusting and cleaning every moment. The grounds outside were even cleaned consistently.

Busy and overrun with groups of children. Staff were great but overwhelmed. Book room with hot tub only to be told there were none as they were all under renovations. Overpriced for what was offered. Nothing around without driving to eat.

This was a great hotel for a quick get away with my family. Kids loved the pool and water slide and the location was good, away from higher traffic outside your windows, but easily accessible.

Our room was 1 and a half hours late being ready after check in time... with no credit or anything The shower was moldy and sounds like you will fall through with every step you take. Very little seating at the pool and breakfast was very minimal and lack luster.

We had a nice room, great pool which we used and great Continental Breakfast.

We couldn’t have been happier with our stay. The room stayed nice and cool (despite record high heat outside), beds were comfortable and there were lots of pillows. The shower was hot and the water pressure was amazing. Grandson thoroughly enjoyed the water slide and it was actually a great way for him to acclimate to water slides before his first trip to Magic Mountain the following day. Breakfast choices included eggs, bacon, potatoes, (baked beans and sausage on the second day) fruit, yogurt, muffins, bagels, and delicious Belgian waffles. Even the coffee was some of the best I’ve ever had at a hotel. This hotel is minutes away from everything you could ever want. We will be booking here again!
