My Points

Food to the room was served late and had no courtesy to apologize even I spoke of my unhappiness.

Rooms are clean, good location, and the staff are friendly, helpful, and approachable. Meals were great. Will be staying there for our future visits to Chennai.

First time I saw water plastic tap in 5 star hotel. Cleanse and odor cleaning need to be done. Food need to be improved
