My stay in Mulhouse was generally excellent. The location of the hotel is truly ideal – very close to the city center and convenient for walking. I would especially like to praise the service of the tall gentleman at the reception, who was outstanding and always ready to help. The rest of the staff left an average impression. However, there is one drawback I must mention: during our four-day stay, the room was not cleaned even once, and the towels were not changed, which is something the hotel should definitely improve. Apart from that, the stay was pleasant.

A great little hotel in the city centre with nice comfortable rooms and good facilities. Offered secure parking for a small additional fee which was great. Only slight disappointment was that for breakfast the dining area is very small and got over crowded making it difficult to get breakfast. However the food was great and the staff excellent. Overall a very nice little hotel in a great location right in the city centre.

The location is perfect for exploring the area, and the staff was exceptionally welcoming and helpful throughout the stay. Harold was quite nice upon my late night check in :-) The property is undergoing renovation so be mindful of that. The shower head in the room we stayed in was very low but we managed. The facilities are maintained and that added to the comfort, while cleanliness was generally good with minor areas for improvement. Overall, the experience offered solid value for the money, making it a recommendable choice.

I had a room that had not been renovated. Shower and bath was difficult to use for me. Bed was good and room was clean, but not attractive. It was strange that I had to take out the trash myself, but I didn't mind. Breakfast was quite minimal. Location was perfect.
