Very very outdated. The musty smell hits you hard. Went to go have a hot tub after a long 7 hr drive, the steps to get in were so slimy, that we passed on having g a hot tub. Staff not friendly at all, we arrived an hour before check in(again after a very long drive) asked the front attendant if by chance we could check in early, we were met with.. check in is at 3 and then continued her conversation with a fellow coworker. $244 is a ridiculous amount to ask anyone to pay for the condition this place was.

Fairly clean room. Awesome breakfast! Coffee and tea always available. Strong air freshener smell in room. I was double charged for the room twice eventually fixed by staff.

The room was on the 2nd floor although I advised at time of booking, of my mobility issues with stairs. No elevator! The room was a dark and dingy room with dingy carpet noting the room didn’t have an outside window for fresh air; only a door opening above an indoor pool and as you can see, NO steps to get out anywhere should the need arise! This was a fire trap and I’m thinking its not even within the scope of legal! The room was permeated with the strongest smelling chlorine that I felt it on my tongue and it was affecting both my breathing and my eyes! I ended up having an asthma attack which prompted me to decide I couldn’t stay there any longer; all this within 20 minutes of entering the room! I called the front desk requesting a room change and was told there were no other rooms. I couldn’t stay there with it affecting my health so I went back to reception with my stuff and advised I was leaving and the reasons why. I asked for a refund since I was not staying in that ‘illegal’ room and that these are not the rooms as advertised! She refused to to refund me. I ended up leaving and am out all that money but will be perusing this further; someone could die in that room! DO NOT STAY IN THIS PLACE!!!!

Staff were very friendly and informative. Room could use a refresh. Floors in bathroom and carpet should be replaced. Carpets have a musty smell. Room was fine for one night.

The rooms were clean. The air conditioner could use a clean there was mould in it. The staff were very helpful for resetting our cards when I put it on my phone. They called us when my son had forgotten a very important bag. We really appreciated that. Breakfast was good. We will recommend your place and we would stay there again. We did a a mix up with our room. A staff member had tried to get into our room. It was hard to get back to sleep after that. It was a misunderstanding.

The breakfast in the morning was worth it. Our kids enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub. The room was a little dated and the chair was torn. I would recommend this hotel to others

Staff was great, cleanliness was good. Although the building is dated, it is well maintained. Breakfast was okay and had a good variety of choices.

Place was ok. Bit run down. Light in bathroom didn’t work. Bed was ok. Breakfast was decent. Cheaper than other places around. So I was ok with it. I’m on the road and male travelling solo. I’m sure my wife wouldn’t have liked it

Amazing stay, everything was clean. Bed was comfortable. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Super quiet and serene. Delicious hot breakfast with make your own waffles, sausages and lots of choices. Highly recommend stopping here

older hotel but the room was clean, parking convenient and the complimentary breakfast was excellent

OK. Property is dated but appreciate entry to ground floor rooms from inside hallway and also being able to park outside and enter from exterior. Breakfast selection adequate. Kitchen attendant very lovely and accommodating. Budget stay.

We would gladly stay here again, no question. Beautifully designed, well thought out, balcony for those on the 2nd floor, spacious room, quiet. What's not to love?

Very clean and comfortable with an excellent breakfast. Staff were very helpful and courteous. The hotel is showing it's age a bit but we'll return. Note that there is an occasional train, but it did not disturb us.

Wonderful staff. Beautiful grounds, could see a wedding done there. Breakfast was included and very delicious

Breakfast was very good! Room cleanliness was not great, and the sink did not drain well. There was food under the bed (kids snacks) and the bathroom was not super clean.
