Was a lovely experience, great staff... the only issue would be the pool was not open longer hours and not being able to see the children play as children should - eg; splashing in the pool - This is not an adult only facility, children should be able to play. Everything else was great.

Best vacation EVER. Resort amenities and staff were anazing. Gorgeous direct beach views and access. Huge pool with plenty of loungers with umbrellas. We ordered drinks and food by the pool by using the QR Code on each umbrella post. Delivered quickly. Room was recently remodeled. Comfy bed. Walk in shower. Overlooked the nightly lit pool and great view of the sea. Loungers were also available on the beach for guests. The EMERALD restaurant serves huge amazing breakfast buffets each morning. Lovely choices of Greek foods and breakfast standards. Fresh squeezed juices, fancy coffees, champagne. Too many choices. The service manager, Manolis was extremely attentive. We definitely are considering returning next year. This 5 star resort knows how to make the guests feel special and very pampered.

Lovely hotel, staff and service were incredible. Great amenities and amazing to be right on beach. Bus stop right outside made it very easy to get to other spots on the island without a car. Buffet dinner quite expensive at €40 a head if not half board but good variety of options and food nice.

Our stay at this hotel was a bit disappointing overall. We felt that almost everything came with an extra charge — even using the luggage scale, which was frustrating. The reception staff were not particularly friendly or welcoming. Whenever we had a question or needed help, they often spoke among themselves in Greek, which made us feel uncomfortable and excluded. There also weren’t many activities available at the resort, which made the experience rather dull compared to what we expected. However, I do want to highlight the housekeeping team — they were absolutely lovely. Always polite, cheerful and helpful, they really stood out and made our stay a bit more pleasant. Unfortunately, aside from the housekeeping service, the overall experience didn’t live up to our expectations.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 10 days at ER&S. We were B&B, breakfast choices were superb and we purposely requested to be served in Mariela's section; a polite, welcoming, friedly young woman who the hotel would do well to promote to 'Customer Service Training Manager!' Beautiful pools with an abundance of loungers and umbrellas. We would happily return.

The service from Mannolis in Emerald and Fresh was incredible. He really took such great care of us throughout our trip. The pillows and bedding were very comfortable. Mini Golf was lots of fun too!

I got to see the renovated room and its a huge difference, so if choosing to stay make sure to ask for a renovated room. The current rooms are dated. The hotel is rated 5 star but its operated as a 3/4 star. Charging extra for Ketchup when ordering french fries, charging for the use of the sauna unless you're a platinum member leaves a bad taste. Also if you're booking through Hotels.com you cant become a platinum member. Also as part of the VIP gold status we should receive a room upgrade if available and yet our friends who booked directly with the hotel the same room type got the bigger renovated room

We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff are excellent and couldn’t be more polite, friendly and helpful. Room was perfect - spotlessly clean, comfortable bed, quiet, view over the sea. Breakfast was excellent. We only tried the buffet dinner twice but it was good food at a good price. We had drinks at the beach bar, upstairs lounge bar and the pool bar and they were all great. Both the beach and pool were lovely places to relax and spend the day. We will be returning to the Elysium next year and seeing more of Rhodes.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is good and the breakfast was great. We'd definitely stay here again if we were in Rhodes.

Excellent staff, so friendly, attentive and professional - thankyou! Minimal children which is a blessing sometimes. Those blasted Germans are there first thing in morning putting out towels on deck chairs which is annoying, selfish and unnecessary. They can do better!!
