There was no breakfast or restaurant and the pool was under maintenance during our stay.

We had a lovely time celebrating our 5 year anniversary. The pool and hot tub were very well maintained and even though the parkade was under repair there was a great arrangement in place for us to be shuttled to the parking lot a short distance away...though we mainly walked the 5 minutes instead since weather was so good.

Everything is 10/10 here. Even with the garage not open, the staff were very helpful and accommodating. I love this place because the sounds from the hallway and other rooms don't carry very much, the kitchen is a good size with lots of dishes and cutlery, the location is great and the pool and hot tub are perfect. Thanks for the great stay!

Great place to stay. It’s suites so you have your own little apartment fully equipped with everything thing you need. Just bring your own food. Or not. The pools are fun. And the staff are friendly. We really enjoyed our stay. Only negative was parking as the garage was under repair so a shuttle was required to come and go to your vehicle. This is only temporary. I would stay here again.

Roomy and well appointed. A bit dated, but comfortable and clean.

Parking

We needed a larger space in order to work throughout the weekend. This space was great! The hotel is clean. The staff are wonderful. Although parkade renovations meant a shuttle ride to the vehicle, they were extremely organized in making sure shuttles were always available. My only downside was the bed was a bit too hard for me, so I didn't sleep as well as I would have liked, but that's very much preference and you can't please everyone🙂

The hotel was great, however we arrived late at night and found the parkade was closed for construction; the hotel was offering parking a block away with a shuttle to the hotel. We found on street parking a block away. It was inconvenient, not known at time of booking and it doesn’t look like this is a short term issue. We overheard other families with the same complaint.

We love staying here. Great rooms, great staff, great heated pool :)

2-bedroom unit was well appointed and with a well equipped kitchen. The place was spotless and the service at the front desk was warm and friendly. Temporary off-site parking was workable while they maintain the parking garage.

Perfect accommodations. No notes.

The room was amazing with a lot of little details you only see in the highest end hotels. The kitchen had a great setup with all the amenities, the furniture was very high quality, the bed and pillows were fantastic and the staff were all very friendly and went above and beyond. We highly recommended the Blackstone.

Parking lot was under maintenance... Big inconvenience.

We had a lovely time! Even though the parkade was closed for renovations… the shuttle service made getting back and forth easy.

Nice hotel. Clean and spacious rooms. If you can get a cheaper rate, I would highly recommend.. at times can be very pricey
