The staff were attentive and provided excellent service. There were many activities for children and families. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious choices. The rooms were clean. I will definitely return next time.

Very good service, reception, and environment

The rooms were incredibly clean, and the food selection was extensive. They had a wide variety of freshly brewed drinks, including delicious Thai tea, green tea, and iced coffee. They even had pancakes with drawings that the kids loved! The swimming pool area had several zones and wasn't crowded, which was great. The kids' club was a bit small, but there was a playground with climbing areas for the kids to burn off energy. The staff were friendly, helpful, and spoke kindly. ❤️

The room is not clean. There is hair on the bedside. The toilet is straight, the toilet smells very pungent. The bed is sleeping. It has a room. The TV cannot open. Followed the mechanic to see it for 2 rounds. In conclusion, it couldn't be seen.
