Easy self check in. The property is a bit tired looking and dated. There was no reception to request an early breakfast as I had to leave by 07h30, so left without breakfast.

Ok for a short overnight stay.. cleanliness not great items found under the bed. Not particularly clean.

I fumbled with the entry code for a while but cracked it in the end. The room was clean and comfortable and breakfast excellent, served commendably quickly

Did not like the abscence of humans until breakfast. The cook was obliging in making me a bacon butty for breakfast. The bed was comfy and the hotel was clean but a wee tired.

The hotel was easy to find and quite central for Keighley and venturing further afield. The car park is tucked behind the back, not so great. Although the staff were friendly and helpful at breakfast which was really cooked nice and tasted great, I found the lack of a reception quite unusual. Our room was comfy and clean but the shower was quite poor, an over bath one which was not very powerful. It says it is quirky, very true but also quite dated.

Good budget accommodation. Easy check-in, the rooms are basic but more than adequate. Breakfast is excellent and served with a smile.

The room was damp, paper peeling off the walls, bathroom dirty. Bed most uncomfortable, we had booked for two nights but only stayed one. A very disappointing visit. Will not use this website again.

I didn't stay there i had to look for another hotel same night, i will be fighting for a refund back, as soon as i get home

Decor a little dated but a clean and comfortable room. Very quiet area.

Very good breakfast and very good lady taking orders and delivering food. Entry system tight but often failed first and second time. How does spouse access the hotel and room, if lead person is temporarily absent?

I was very disappointed at our ‘deluxe’ room. It was very small, our view was a wall and really nowhere to put clothes. Not deluxe in my opinion. the bathroom was lovely good quality and clean and the breakfast was brilliant. I personally didn’t like the ‘let yourself in’ system but it worked

Room was clean and adequate for overnight stay.However shower took approx 10 mins to get warm also shower head holder was broken and couldn't be moved up or adjusted.

The 'self check in' is very impersonal, no staff on site at all until breakfast time. There was no evening meal on offer, I had to go to the local pub for food.
