Worst hotel in our trip so far. Breakfast was very mediocre. Mold in the bathroom everywhere. Even though 3 canisters of Oxygen were present, all were empty when one of our group needed it in the middle of the night. Rooms were very poorly sound isolated and a club is pounding music until 6am.

Liked the convenient location--only two blocks from Plaza Mayor, but far enough from the noise, the spacious room and public areas, and the friendly and helpful staff. The modern room heater worked well. The breakfast was good.

The location was excellent, just a few steps away from the center of Puno and its major attractions, restaurants, and bars! The staff was kind and friendly, offering helpful advice and suggestions. After check-out, I was allowed to use their relaxation area to work until my next bus. The room was truly spacious, with a generously sized bathroom. It was the first and only hotel with a radiator (very useful for drying clothes), a very comfortable bed, and a large wardrobe! The breakfast was excellent, especially with its variety.

We really enjoyed staying in this hotel. The personnel is very attentive and kind, breakfast was great and the room spacious and comfortable. The location is very central. The hotel also offers a courtesy 5-minute oxygen tank use :)
