This hotel is full of charm! Im sad I was only there 2 nights. Great location just a few minutes walk from the train and short walk to downtown. Room was great with a grrst view, breakfast was very nice and the hotel bar was super fun. I hope I will be back one day!

Parking was ok, extremely expensive!?!

An absolutely great hotel - plenty of history and superb staff. The latter were incredible - all polite, confident and efficient. I needed to stow an electric bike - and the young lady at the front desk personally took me around to where I could leave it securely (she'd only been at the hotel for a short while, but you wouldn't have guessed it). Even the cleaning staff were incredibly polite and helpful. Of course it goes without saying the room was of the highest quality, the lounge beautiful and the breakfast without peer. Management should be congratulated on the way they run this wonderful establishment.

Such an amazing well kept and presented building internally and externally. I’ll be recommending to all my Australian network, love it !!!! The few beers I had in the bar the previous night was a highlight, the bar was very cool.

This hotel on the weekend I stayed would have been great if I had wanted to party until midnight since the booming music from the beer drinking festival outside meant that sleep before 12:30 am was impossible.

Gracious old school hotel with modern touches and bathroom. Lovely outdoor areas and best breakfast!

Iconic hotel very close to the train station which is 200 yds away - only thing not to like was the amount of cigarette smoking in common areas - but that is Italy! Beautiful grounds and outdoor sitting areas. Very close to the town square as well!

This is a fantastic hotel - a real oasis after a long day of travel. The staff is friendly and helpful. The pool is refreshing. And the steam room in the bathroom was such a nice surprise. I wish I was staying here for longer. I would come back simply to stay here again.

The property is excellent, the location is fantastic, and the rooms are good. The problem is the staff. They are not friendly and sometimes rude at the front desk, bar, and restaurant. They are unable to say good morning.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Parkhotel Laurin in Bolzano, a lovely little town where we stayed for two nights before starting our hiking trip in the Dolomites. Our room was lovely with a nice bathroom and very comfortable beds. We had beautiful views of the property with lovely gardens and gorgeous trees. We enjoyed walking and exploring the nearby town and each afternoon we sat by the pool. The hotel is a beautiful, old classic hotel in great condition. Breakfasts are delicious and served in a lovely dining room and on the expansive porch.

We stayed one night here because we wanted to extend our visit to Bolzano and the original hotel I had booked was full. Next time we visit I will stay here again. Great food, comfortable bed and clean bathroom! Thanks for taking care of us!

Great location and the staff was very helpful. Good breakfast with many options

My single room was spacious, comfortable, well lit and felt welcoming. I had a lovely view from the window and balcony. The bathroom was well set out and all basic items supplied. The hotel itself is a very quiet and pleasant establishment, with a good restaurant, good breakfast and an appealing bar lounge. The location is within easy walking distance to attractions, restaurants and railway station.
