Only cold water in shower

Old room. Ac terribly old and worked poorly. Bathroom wasn't clean

4th floor rooms have been modernized. Great Breakfast. Old town Udine is about a 10 minute walk away. Train station nearby but never heard any noise. There's a nominal fee for parking in an interior courtyard lot.

Staff at desk are great. Very helpful and accommodating.

Very close to bus and railway station. We arrived just before midnight and seved coffee by the gentlemen at reception. Our room was adequate - no traffic noise, air-conditioned and a comfortable bed. The breakfast offering was limited.

Staff make this Hotel, compare to other we receive clean towels each day. The breakfast can improve but hey for the price, Thankyou Staff!

The hotel is easy to find across from the train station. And its also easy to find if you get your self turned around. The staff was pleasant and very helpful. The walk to the historical sites was not far and easy. There are shops near by if you forgot anything.

We had a wonderful stay mostly because of the wonderful front desk staff. They were excellent in helping us to explore the area.

The hotel is across the street from Udine central station. Basic, but very clean and quiet with a comfy bed. Check in was fast and friendly. Breakfast was the typical Italian Colazione. A 10 minute walk to the main square of Udine.

Repeat visit. Location was main reason for choosing this hotel, close to train station for early train next day, but staff was friendly and the included breakfast was very good, rooms were clean and beds comfortable.

Easy access from Udine station. Friendly reception. Clean room with plenty of towels and a range of toiletries. I would stay here again if I went to Udine again.

A hotel that has seen better days, I think. The area was a little sketchy (I am a woman in my 60s and I would not have walked outside the hotel at night), but walk a couple of blocks and it changes dramatically. Overall rundown look. On the plus side staff was great, air conditioning worked, and parking was very convenient. We were supposed to stay two nights and left after one. It is right across from the train station, which might be a plus for some.

near train station which suited my purpose.Despite arriving early was able to check in.Was given a free upgrade to a bigger room.Was given an extra hour to check out.Breakfast was included in a very reasonable room rate. Staff were really friendly and welcoming and provided me with all the info I needed. I was unlucky with the weather-nothing to do with hotel! So overall a very good stay at a value for money rate.

Close to the train station and in an excellent location. Comfortable and friendly with a great hot breakfast.

The hotel itself is quite comfortable, not a five-star place but perfectly adequate to the needs of any normal traveler. They offer a hot breakfast, with scrambled eggs, sausage, and bacon along with the cold items, and the staff were quite friendly. The location is right across the street from the main Udine train station and in the same block as the Autostazione (= bus station) -- very convenient, but possibly a little seedy at night. One taxi driver, dropping me off fifty meters from the entrance after midnight, warned me not to stop and talk with the three guys hanging around outside the hotel. (For the record: I didn't stop, and nothing bad happened.)

I am very happy with the attention of the staff, they spoke perfect English, and they were very attentive, really a highly recommended place to stay.
