Good place. The walk to our room with luggage down multiple flights off stairs was not expected. Great views from the balcony. Spacious. Clean.

Small hotel at the very top of Spainish Steps. Hotel arranged taxi, which met us in the terminal and took us straight to his car bypassing the long queues for those wanting taxis. Price was a bit more but worth it. Breakfast was on the rooftop. View was limited, but the area was great. Highly recommended.

Very good part of the city near the Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain. Just be advised that they have two locations in two separate buildings and when you check in, there are many many steps to go down with your suitcases. The taxi stand just outside the door of the lower level other building was a Boon

Out stay wasn’t what we expected at all. I booked a room with a view and we ended up basically underground In one of their “apartments” The walk to our place felt like we were in a Construction zone and I honestly needed to double triple check the locks every night. The breakfast was nice and the area in which it was held was also nice. When housekeeping came they never cleaned just made beds. Our garbages were full every day and I could see hair in our shower when they finished every time. The last day they didn’t give us any towels. The hotel itself was in a great location but I won’t be staying there again,

The annex room 303 was very good. Shower and bathroom were great, with well functioning shower. The bed was very comfortable and the air conditioning worked well..

My experience at Hotel Scalinata di Spagna was extremely disappointing from start to finish. The suite provided was located significantly far from the actual hotel, with inadequate check-in instructions and poor communication regarding directions and building access. The room itself did not meet acceptable cleanliness standards, and overall customer service throughout the stay was dismissive and unprofessional. The checkout experience was especially unacceptable: after struggling to carry heavy luggage down multiple flights of stairs due to the hotel failing to properly communicate the existence of an elevator, we were met with criticism rather than assistance. When I later raised concerns about the interaction, the owner responded with an accusatory and hostile email instead of addressing the situation professionally. As international travelers, the treatment we received felt deeply unwelcoming and discriminatory, and the overall experience fell far below basic hospitality standards.

The rooms very small, in another building. Looks more like an air b and b than an hotel. No Concierge or butler To help you in the othre building. No shampoo in the bath. Very Clean,well ubícated, but expensive for what It offers. I would not go back again.

Great hotel, great location, nice variety of foods at Breakfast. Spanish steps are right outside the hotel and so many places to eat nearby. Staff was super helpful! Highly recommend the Cooking Class with Marco, he is absolutely wonderful!!!

Our third floor “superior double,city view” room was comfortable and immaculate, the view was wonderful. Although the hotel is located above a very busy tourist area, our room was quiet once the windows were closed. We especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast and its helpful staff and lovely setting.
