Room was clean and the staff were friendly. located a short distance from the historic center. Walk to the train station.

Desk team very kind and helpful,breakfast a little poor,parking facility very useful and price acceptable considering location and size of the room. We were two adults and 2 teenage boys and stayed for a week

It is a lovely hotel in a convenient location. I was a little disappointed at the moment of the check-in due to the fact that the receptionist wanted to charge me extra for the breakfast and the fourth person. Both of which I had already paid for on expedia upon booking the hotel. I have found some staff very professional and welcoming and some others less keen. Overall I am happy with my stay.

We paid ~140€/night. The room we got ,was heavy bad smell smell of cigarates ( noon smoking room) and was not worth it cost by meaning of size and facilities. We good another room that was tighny one. For the cost we paid it was very poor room. Parking was marked as "avaible" but no parking was at all. Breakfast has poor verity. No vegtabels. Poor selection of ...evrrything. place is ok. Not recommend! Not for its rate. Should be half price...!!!

Had a wonderful stay. The owners are a very nice couple who went out of their way to make us feel welcome. We even had some car issues and the owner practically acted like our personal mechanic, helping us with everything! The room was spacious and very clean. We highly recommend the Hotel Europa and would definitely stay again if visiting Alessandria.

We were passing by and decided to stop for one night. Small parking garage but staff was friendly so he managed to make space for us for a small fee. Nice clean room. Toilet was the only bad thing as the shower was noisy, sink got you all wet when washing hands, and when flushing toilet the plastic thing was falling off. Good for one night.

Schönes Hotel inmitten der Stadt mit Möglichkeit die Fahrräder sicher unterzubringen.

valgte hotellet fordi de hadde parkering. Det må tas med en klype salt. vi fikk tildelt en parkeringsplass 600 meter bort fra hotellet, som forøvrig var for liten for bilen. De var serviceminded på hotellet og hjalp oss med en annen litt større parkering. ca. 5 min å gå til sentrum. Helt grei lokalisering. Veldig fin by.
