Excellent location, restaurant and staff.

A quaint and beautiful hotel in a wonderful part of Italy. Francesca and all the staff were incredibly accommodating and couldn’t have done more to make us feel welcome. We will definitely stay here again when next in Riva del Garda.

Wow, where to start! Riva is a BEAUTIFUL place and this hotel is so well situated, it makes everything so easy to access by foot. Lots of amenities and restaurants nearby, but the hotel is quiet and peaceful! The person who greeted us (Francesca) is a wonderful, sweet person and she made us feel welcome from the second we walked in the door. The room had absolutely everything we needed, and the air conditioning was as cold as mid-winter in Montreal (a good thing in this case). There are extra blankets and pillows just in case you need a little bit of everything. The hotel itself is very German and the restaurant made me one of the best meals I’ve eaten in a long time. Excellent, quick service and delicious Bavarian beer. What more can I say? If you’re looking for a beautiful, quaint, cozy, comfortable hotel, do yourself a favour and book here immediately.

The hotel is clean and in a ideal location. There is a restaurant in the hotel however it is very sound proof so we couldn't hear it at all. We ate at the restaurant as well it is very good especially the steak. The breakfast is good, there is cold bread and cereals and you can also pick from the menu what hot food you would like. The staff are all very friendly as well. The only thing I didn't like was the air-conditioning, it was not powerful enough for me however I am a very hot person and my girlfriend thought it worked well.

Stayed here for 2 nights & had a pleasant time. Paola, Francesca &team were very helpful & efficient. The hotel is in a central location-close to the shops. The room was clean & functional but had limited space. Breakfast was good &hot food was cooked to order. The restaurant below serves good food at reasonable prices. A boat trip on the Lake is a must but you can also get a bus which goes as far as Garda town. The views are spectacular. 6km is a town called Arco which is well worth a visit which has a market on a Wednesday.

Lovely hotel close to the beach hiking bike trails and ferries. Staff were wonderful!

The hotel is very central and close to the boat terminal. The room and bathroom were a good size. Nice continental breakfast. Staff were very friendly. It would have been nice to have a jug in the room to make a cup of tea or coffee. Very large servings at the restaurant especially the schnitzel. Food was very tasty.

The hotel is located in a pedestrian city center. Do not get scared by all the prohibitive signs, as a hotel guest you are allowed to follow your navigation to the hotel and unload. The hotel manager was nice enough to explain how to park for free within a 10-minute walk. Breakfast is adequate for the hotel price, room is clean and comfortable, wi-fi works fineLocation - right in the middle of it all, but quite. The town museum in the harbor is a recommended check-point with a nice view from the roof included.

Booked on-line and found Hotel no problem's the staff were great leting us know were to park the best way to get around and very friendly.

We loved the place and the hotel, wished we had stayed longer! Hotel is centrally located and was clean and in good order. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful.

Wonderfully clean hotel with a great German restaurant down below. Service was wonderful and very accommodating. Rooms had great views and were modern. The surrounding neighborhood was beautiful as this was just a half way point in our travels we didnt expect to fall in love with the area but we will be back. Only issue is parking as in every old city is a total pain. If you can deal with that then youll love this hotel.

Very good value for the location. Friendly service and very close to harbour, beach and shops. Would recommend without hesitation.

We spent 6 nights at the Vittoria and found everything very easy and comforable. Our room had a small balcony overlooking the pedestrian street with amazing views to the mountains on both sides. The air conditioning and double glazing kept the room cool and quiet. Beakfast was in a pleasant room at the front overlooking another little street. The location was ideal - 3 minutes walk from the lake and 30 seconds from the shops! This is the old quarter of the town and has a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.

The hotel is in a pedestrianised area not far from the center of town and the lake. Discounter parking is available nearby in an underground car park. Friendly and helpful staff, and comfortable good-sized rooms with air conditioning. Recommended.

Ich habe mich während meines gesamten Aufenthalts rundum wohl und willkommen gefühlt Die Lage des Hotels ist ebenfalls ideal: In unmittelbarer Nähe zum Hafen gelegen und nur wenige Meter von zahlreichen Restaurants und Lokalen entfernt.
