Stayed here a week in the end of April with my mother for a thermal treatment program. Mixed feelings overall. What I liked: The pools are open until 11pm, so you can swim after dinner before bed when it's almost empty. That was great. The spa itself is decent. Service in the restaurant at lunch and dinner was good, and the desserts were really tasty. What let me down: Breakfast. If you wanted eggs Benedict or avocado toast, you had to pay 15 to 20 euros extra for it. The fruit selection was small and some of it wasn't ripe. For a hotel at this level that felt off. The spa staff. On the first day the doctor's exam and program setup were rushed, like they were in a hurry, and then they sent us straight to the mud treatments without really explaining where to go or who to see. I had to walk around and look for the staff member across all the cabins. The mud application and massages were careless, done without any real attention, just get it over with and move on. Neither my mother nor I enjoyed the massages. The treatment schedule they put together was very inconvenient. There are plenty of cabins, but it seems like they're short on staff. The room. The view was onto a service area, bins and technical facilities, not pretty, though it was relatively quiet. On the last few days they switched off the towel warmer, so there was nowhere to dry our swimsuits. They don't bring water to the room for free either, you pay for everything. The restaurant. The menu was often badly translated into Russian, which caused confusion, and a few times I got something completely different from what I ordered. Some of the dishes weren't good. Renovation. Part of the grounds was closed off for construction work during our stay. Data security. This one deserves its own mention. My personal details (name, dates, booking number, amount paid) ended up in the hands of scammers who sent me a phishing link pretending to be the hotel. I never got an apology or a proper explanation, just canned replies. Had I entered my card details, I was basically told it would have been my own problem. Bottom line: for this price and a 5*L rating you expect a different level of care for the guest. The treatment side and the way the spa staff treated people were the biggest disappointments.

A good five-star hotel with spacious and comfortable rooms. The breakfast was average and could be improved. Dinner is served as a buffet, but the staff is not always clear about pricing. The thermal area is quite nice, though the saunas are rather ordinary and not very impressive overall.

Fantastic 2 night stay! Loved the spa and the deep tissue massage was the best. Mud treatment was really good experience too! Food was delicious and we tried the Naivada restaurant which was expensive but a very enjoyable experience and the waitress was really knowledgeable. Pool was so warm and I loved being able to swim outside. Staff all very friendly and helpful. Gym was ok but so hot, needed some cold water in there! Room was large, bed was comfortable, but it was missing a coffee / tea machine which is unusual for 5* hotel and I missed my morning coffee. The views are a bit grim out the balcony. Easy to reach from Venice Marco polo airport by bus. Great hotel, suites to couples.

The service was absolutely outstanding, the waiters, the head bartender, and the lady at the reception could not have been more perfect! The food was wonderful, and the live music in the evening completed the atmosphere beautifully. We especially appreciated that all guests followed the dress code and appeared in elegant evening attire for dinner, which made the experience feel even more special. One downside, and unfortunately not quite up to the hotel’s otherwise excellent standard, was that we had water in our room, condensation that had collected in puddles on the floor near the windows, as well as some visible mold.

We had an amazing stay. The hotel is beautiful. The gardens are so well maintained. There are 3 pools at 35 degrés outside and inside and a spa. Breakfast was amazing too. The service staff all around and the front desk were extremely friendly and kind. It was such a great relaxing stay.
