Ok location, ok room, breakfast very disappointing.

Nice hotel. located in centre of Paris

Great location, close to the fashionable department stores. The area is quiet and safe, lots of cafes nearby. Room was standard and what I expected.

The accommodations suited my needs as a single traveller and was happy that it had a mini-fridge and tea/coffee maker. But however, I was a bit dismayed by the washroom's bathing facilities with no shower curtain or screen whatsoever. I didn't use it often, but I did find it a little bit off. However, I did find the place was decent enough and would (slightly) consider booking there again.

The friendly, helpful woman that helped us at the front desk was Exceptional! If I had a hotel I would want her to greet my customers. Every time we came in we were greeted with Bonjour! She made us feel like we were home. She went above and beyond to answer questions and help.

Inflexible around check in. Lack of usb plugs. Very tiny safe.

My hotel stay was excellent. The hotel is centrally located to the main tourist sites, and there were plenty of excellent restaurants nearby.

Ryder was extremely knowledgeable of the area and delightful to chat with. He went out of his way to be sure of my Uber service.

Overpriced for what it is. Very basic hotel with poor hygiene in rooms. Mirror was hanging off the wall when we went in, shower head was split at base so sprayed water all over you when in use, tiles smashed in shower. Generally dirt and dust present in room. The walls are thin. You could hear conversations from other rooms, other room doors opening and the stair door/elevator doors slamming at all hours. Does not match pictures. We only used this for sleeping and showering as we left early and got back late or would have demanded refund and moved hotel.

Value for money!

Facilities were a bit older than expected, but very clean and responsive staff

The hotel is located near the opera house in Paris. The location is excellent and very safe . The metro and the bus service is around the corner. The city tourist bus is 5 minutes walking distance. The hotel staff is helpful and friendly. You get a room and a bathroom. The room has a comfortable bed. You sleep like a baby. The shower and bath is great. You have hot water. The room is cleaned and set everyday. The room has a closet, a safe, a table chair and a tv with internet. The only complaint that my wife had is that there was no iron to iron the clothes. We had a great time in Paris and the hotel was part of this wonderful unforgettable experience.

Loved the location. It is near all the major attractions.

Hotel was nice and comfortable. The bathroom was ok but no washcloths. The access panel to the puping was loose and visible. Other than that, stay qas great. Check in was easy and seamless.
