Room had everything what I need, it is very good a room had tea pot, complimentary coffee and tea, fridge and safe box! Clean! Thank you very much for the good time!

The best thing about this place is the location. Rooms are decent, its clean enough. We checked in to Hostal Castilla but we were brought to the other hotel across from the location. It is secured enough, has a lift thank goodness. I did not like that you can hear everything in the hallway. Annoying, disrespectful travellers wheel their luggages in the middle of the night and banged into your doors will wake you up. Tip: wear an earplug if you don't want your sleep interrupted. It's all you need, a bit pricey for what its worth in my opinion. Location: amazing! Close to everything that you must see in Madrid. Lots of food options too!

Small simple, dated room. Toilet leaked, small shower. Soap dispensers but no soap inside, no hooks for towels. Excellent location.

Very thin walls. You can hear every conversation, cough, sneeze and toilet flush in the rooms next to you. If not for that it would be a good place to stay.

The location is excellent and the staff helpful. The rooms are small so do not expect to spend much time there except to sleep.

Overall a really good place to stay! The rooms were tiny and the beds were rock hard. It was very difficult to sleep on them the first couple of nights, but I got used to it. The air conditioning worked well, and you can’t beat the location. We walked everywhere we wanted to go with ease. The air conditioning worked well. We would consider staying here again.

We loved the location, right in the center of the tourist area and just a couple of minutes to both Sol and Plaze Mayor, as well as all the other historical streets, very close to the Palace, walking for about 10 minutes. The location is the best we loved it. The room we has was spacious, very basic, but we brought everything ourselves so everything's fine. It was clean and convenient.

Rooms very small and the bathrooms tiny. That said they were clean and had comfortable beds. The location of this hotel is spot on, being very central. Staff were friendly on arrival, but when I asked to use the toilet in the morning in the reception area I was told I couldn’t and have to go up to my room to use the toilet.
