Good service!

lovely hotel, fab decor, great location and breakfast

Great location surrounded by great bars and restaurants. Property was quite new and rooms were well appointed. Kudos to the staff members as they were always warm, friendly, eager to help and all had a wonderful sense of humour. Overall a great place to stay in Paris

Lovely room

Stayed 2 nights. I initially had a not-so-great first impression, which is very rare for me when travelling. At check-in, the receptionist sighed and gave off a very unwilling-to-work kind of vibe. However, a lady with short hair completely changed my impression. She genuinely cared, was very helpful, and so easy to talk to. The location and facilities were excellent. Highly recommended.

I didn’t have hotel breakfast. The room is lacking storage space and the bathroom doesn’t even have space to hang the towels. Some basic 4star hotel amenities are missing. Very pleasant check-ins and checkouts (even though no Expedia VIP check-in)

Beautifully designed rooms which were spotlessly clean, and complete with a fabulous balcony. Comfortable bed and functional bathroom. All the staff members were friendly and helpful.
