Staff were super, right from the start. Location is perfect, so close to buses, trams, station, castle, tourist info etc. Breakfast was a lovely buffet, with fresh coffee, juice and local cheeses etc.

Beatrice and the whole staff went above and beyond to help us. Loved this hotel♥️

I do not want to say anything bad about this hotel as the staff are very nice and kind, and there is nothing to complain about the cleanliness, amenities, or anything else. However, the room I stayed in was awful. Some beep noise coming from somewhere every 20 or 30 minutes disrupted my decent sleep. I guess the noise came from the switchboard (which regulates the distribution of electricity) just behind my room. If there hadn't been such an issue, the rating would have been at least a 4.

Nice hotel but very small rooms. Great location for walking around and many restaurants nearby. Good private parking too.

Well located - walkable to from the train station and pretty much to all attractions in the city. In any event, very near a tram stop. Breakfast was excellent and staff very pleasant and helpful.

Great location and lovely staff; the building was showing its age as the bathroom had a sewage smell for a day.

The reception was very friendly and helpful. The room (with terrace) was spacious and neat. Breakfast was good. The hotel has a small parking garage so make sure to reserve this in advance, otherwise there is open air public parking just across the road.

Anniversary treat, lovely room 19 with a nice semi private terrace, comfy bed, good shower, tiny toilet space, coffee machine which we used to make tea( borrowed some cups) Fab location very eady walk to everywhere

Excellent location close to transportation and old city with welcoming staff and quiet rooms.

The rooms are extremely stylishly decorated, with great air con and excellent use of space in the bathrooms, etc. The bed is very comfy and the staff were excellent both at check in, and when we had to arrange an airport taxi early in the morning. Great location for Nantes' old town, with its wonderful range of bars and restaurants. Would definitely come back
