Great staff, very friendly. The hotel even gave me a gift and card for my birthday. There was music at the bar and the lady, Julia, who was singing on the night of my birthday was kind enough to sing me a happy birthday song in English and Spanish. Amazing experience and the hotel ambience was great.

Great place to stay, lovely looking hotel and good facilities. Outdoor pool not heated but that didnt stop me from going in!

The room and balcony were really nicely presented and clean. I’m British. So no kettle in the room was a shock. But a lovely hotel, close walk to the beach. Would definitely stay there again.

The only good thing I can say about the hotel is that the staff is nice and it’s clean. However, beyond that, I didn’t have a good experience. The pillow and bed quality are poor. The air conditioning is very noisy. The breakfast, in terms of variety, feels more like a 3-star hotel quality. The bakery selection is poor and limited. I expected better from a 4-star hotel. As for the El Arenal area, in one word, it’s terrible and low-quality.

Staff were helpful and friendly. The evening buffet was not worth for 20 Euros at all. Vegetables soggy and poor food quality as if leftovers were being served. Rooms had insects/bugs crawling in ceiling.

A great hotel with a great view. Only a few blocks from many bars and restaurants. Car rental available on-site.

Was great place to stay and staff were amazing

Good variety of breakfast and dinner. Staff are great. Bus stop outside hotel was super helpful. Close to beach was great. Loved live songs in bar area. Would have loved a kettle in room to make your own tea/coffee. And for a 4 star hotel would have loved slipper as the tile flooring was too cold.

Hotel looks nice, but AC did not work, so we have changed our room 2 times! They offered a refund for one night, however when Expedia ask for it they denied! Such a shame!
