Nice hotel, good location in the centre of one of the party centre of Mallorca and close to bus links to the airport and city centre. Slightly worn down hotel in general, dirty sheets on the bed when we checked in that needed to be changed. Decent pool and terrasse outside, disapointing indoor pool. Fantastic tennis courts and easy bike rental from the hotel. Really good breakfast.

The spa and wellness Hotel across the road, also run by Groupotel is a better option for a family.

Clean room. Helpful staff. Sometimes they ran out of towels at the pool.

Great staff, very friendly. The hotel even gave me a gift and card for my birthday. There was music at the bar and the lady, Julia, who was singing on the night of my birthday was kind enough to sing me a happy birthday song in English and Spanish. Amazing experience and the hotel ambience was great.

Great place to stay, lovely looking hotel and good facilities. Outdoor pool not heated but that didnt stop me from going in!

The room and balcony were really nicely presented and clean. I’m British. So no kettle in the room was a shock. But a lovely hotel, close walk to the beach. Would definitely stay there again.

The only good thing I can say about the hotel is that the staff is nice and it’s clean. However, beyond that, I didn’t have a good experience. The pillow and bed quality are poor. The air conditioning is very noisy. The breakfast, in terms of variety, feels more like a 3-star hotel quality. The bakery selection is poor and limited. I expected better from a 4-star hotel. As for the El Arenal area, in one word, it’s terrible and low-quality.
