Everything easy and close to airport

The property and staff were great. Breakfast was good but it was not included, we had to pay $8 Euros each.

Hotel very nice, rooms very clean, they have a small fridge and a safe. Easy walking distance of the centre. Had breakfast on last morning, is a buffet there is large choice ,was 8€ per person.

Hotel pretty clean and closed to many restaurants

The staff are helpful and friendly. The hotel is conveniently located near restaurants, shops, and the city center, but is in a quiet neighborhood. Everything was clean and functional, in good or excellent condition.

The room was very clean with confortable beds. The Ac works very well. The front desk people are extremely friendly and helpful with maps , directions and places to see. Jose was very kind with us. He let us borrow a bottle opener and the TV in the lobby to watch a movie with our friends.

Refurbishment reception areas beautiful bedrooms a little dated

The hotel was in the Vista Alegre area and quite tricky to find in the warren of streets. We checked in easily and the man on reception was polite and helpful. There were 2 lifts. Our room was well-furnished and had a fridge. The bathroom was well-designed and functional.We were impressed by how clean it all was. Also the room was thoroughly serviced daily and smelt fresh and pleasant. For what we paid, we felt we got excellent value.

Friendly clean hotel 10 minute walk away from Murcia city centres bustling restaurants, bars and attractions.

Hotel is plain and clean and close to the main centre for shops/ food etc.

Modern interior ... A bit dated and I would describe the room as dated as well. It was full of teenagers who were performing in the Fiesta. Very noisy. The air conditioning did not work.

I really enjoyed it, excellent service the people from reception were very friendly and very helpful same as the caffeterie , definitely I will come again. Good location, near everywhere, internet available etc etc

This is a budget hotel and that is what you get. Reception were friendly, limited English though, Breakfast (extra) very basic, we ended up using local cafes, never had dinner there so can't comment on the food. You are a good 25 minute brisk walk to the cathedral, 40 minutes to the railway station. The room we were in (111) had absolutely no view as there was a brick enclosure built on the roof about 3m from the window and that is all you could see, bricks. Bed was very uncomfortable, felt as if you had been in a wresting match in the morning.

Habitación limpia, personal atento, desayuno estupendo, pero la reserva eran 2 camas dobles y nos pusieron 1 cama de matrimonio.

Es un hotel con todo lo que uno puede necesitar para poder descansar.
