Quick check in and we were also upgraded free of charge to a suite which was amazing. At reception you can also pick up a map of the city along with other information about the area and what there is to see. Highly recommend this hotel for long or short stays.

Hotel And room were great , very disappointed that the pool was not available.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. All the staff were helpful and friendly. The location was perfect to explore Pamplona, which is beautiful city, with fantastic food.

Disappointed the pool & pool area was not opon. This was not mentioned on website when booking as we had our 8 year old who wanted to go in & that is why we booked this Hotel. Hotel Room & bathroom was impressive 👏

Rooms were great and we also loved the pool This hotel location is super convenient, walking distance to the center Please note you have to reserve a parking spot in advance (not free) or park in the parking garage close by. It was difficult ordering beverages at breakfast. You had to walk up to the waiters and order but then most of the time it would not come so you had to ask a few different ones
