Closer to the tube. Ships and food minutes away. Older building so no elevator or a/c. Read amenities lists carefully. I missed the connection between not wheelchair accessible with the elevator issue and we were on the 3rd floor (4th by US standards) with heavy luggage and no one to help. Fans were provided. Rooms are small but clean. Shower was on the smaller side.

Great location ! Subway and convenience store just around the corner. The only negative for our group was the size of the shower…extremely small.

Room was clean and bathroom was modern but the room was super hot and the small fan wasn’t enough, even for a 70 degree day. The bed was also very uncomfortable and lack of lift was inconvenient. The room was as small as you could go too.. overall I’d give this three start hotel two stars..

Location was perfect, plenty of restaurants close by. Close to underground station. Property was very clean and staff were friendly. Wi fi available and worked well.

This is definitely a no frills stay. The room was clean but I was on the top floor and that meant climbing 5 flights of stairs. Anyone with mobility issues should definitely be aware that there is no elevator. Also, my room had no ventilation which wasn’t an issue for the temperature when I was there but had it been hotter it would have miserable. Finally, the shower barely had enough water pressure to produce more than a trickle. This is not an exaggeration. Plus the design of the ceiling meant I couldn’t really stand up in the shower. Anyone over 5’10” beware.

Lovely location near restaurants, shops all in walking distance The rooms are very spacious and a really comfortable bed The only issue I have there was no bottle water in the rooms , there was tea, coffee etc there and a kettle but no water ? Friendly welcome and nice quiet street. Rooms could do with some kind of sound proofing or different doors and locks, could hear everything from rooms next door and above, banging plus doors opening and closing, the door locks made loads of noise. Everyone’s different but found the bed so hard but some might like that, personal preference, could provide more pillows, 1 flat pillow not enough. Good price for London and location

Everything was good, room and bathroom are very clean. Good location a lot of restaurants in the area. If your not physically fit to carry a huge luggage I recommend the first floor. I stayed on the third floor and there’s no lift. Other than that it was a great stay.

Good enough, wifi don’t work and the bathroom shower didn’t close all the way

considering the price, I should not complain about the lack of amenities (no fridge etc). however, what I didn’t expect was all the noise from upstairs; creaking floorboards at every step and water running in the bathroom. hard to sleep at night if you have a nocturnal neighbor upstairs.

Nice solid hotel in Earls Court area. Close to supermarkets, the tube, pubs etc. I do have to note there is no loft though so if you have a suitcase it’s not easy hauling it up three flights of stairs.
