Second time we stayed there as this hotel is a little gem and bargain for its offerings and locations. First the folks: Thomas and Jenny at the reception were top notch and super friendly and useful, The maids are doing a phenomenal job as the hotel and room were spotless. The breakfast is awesome, tasty and the lady was very kind in preparing eggs for us. The parking around the hotel is free with their hotel card / pass (a huge plus) Room was great, comfortable bed, spacious room, nice bathroom, super clean, dark, AC, safe and plenty of storage.. 10 minutes walk to the Arena and center of Verona. In summary, awesome people, place and would stay there again and again! Thank you team BW Armando! Well done!

Well located 3 star hotel with friendly and helpful staff very clean

The hotel is located in a corner of the historic center that's a 15 minute walk from the train station and less than a 10 minute walk to the Roman Arena and bustling Piazza Bra. There are several nice cafes and restaurants nearby as well. The hotel itself is clean, spacious, comfortable and a good value. There's a nice breakfast available to add on from 7 - 10:30. Our second floor room had a very large walk in closet, a pull-out couch a mini fridge, coffee and tea makers and a television. Off that room was a bedroom which was filled by the large bed and another television, an Alexa and ample outlets. Adjacent to the bedroom was the clean and spacious bathroom.

Modern, recently refurbished rooms. Clean and spacious. Amazing location - walking distance to city centre. Staff were all very polite and helpful.

Nice comfortable hotel close to everything. Had everything we need in the room like A/C, Fridge, safe and kettle. Pillows were a little hard & flat but I had my own travel pillow. Breakfast had a good variety but the eggs & bacon were not kept warm enough in my opinion…there could have been a problem with the warmer.

There were a few problems, like the fridge wasn't working and no English tv channels. In general a great hotel on a good location

Spent one week at this hotel, very impressed. One of the most comfortable beds we've ever had. Room had a sofa, fridge, kettle and everything we needed. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was mainly sweet as we have found everywhere in Italy but very good quality and breakfast staff very friendly. This 3 star hotel was better than a 5 star one we stayed in elsewhere. In fact we have rebooked for another three nights soon as enjoyed it so much and location was good. Definitely recommended.

Very good and clean

It’s 10 to 15 minutes walk to town and coffee shops and restaurants as well as the interesting sites. I was very comfy in this hotel, nice big room and nice bed. The staff were very kind.

Very pleasant staff, walkable location to city centre, great tv lots of channels, Alexa in room is nice addition, room quite spacious and hot drink making facilities and fridge provided. Comfortable bed and pillows. Only downside is the rooms are not very soundproof and you can hear people in the corridor and sometimes sound from the adjoining room, the air conditioning is also quite loud. Would stay again though.
