8 mins walk from the train station. Easy walk into the old town. Plenty of eateries and bars near by. Staff was curtious and always on duty.

Great location, big garage, newly renovated facility, room is big and spacious with antique furnishings and fresco ceiling, staffs are very friendly and helpful. However, there were bunch of small defects in our room. 4 light bubs were broken, 2 jet sprays in shower were blocked and no water came out, towel bar under sink counter was missing. They were fixed the next day. The staffs said they never had so many issues with one room. I suggest hotel management should set a schedule, requires maids to check all facility in rooms once per week, to find issues and get fixed immediately, ensure everything works fine.

Historic building on the edge of the old town, a huge bedroom with painted ceiling, friendly staff and easy parking

I did not like the poor air conditioning , the small soaps and the fact there was no clock or phone to call front desk.

I had a wonderful time at the hotel. I arrived early and just expected to drop my bags, but they checked me in early and got me to the room. It was spacious, very much in style of the historic area, yet had lots of outlets for easy computer use and phone charging. It was clean and comfortable. The location is perfect--easy to get to from the train station and then to explore Arezzo and their wonderful museums and churches. A lovely time, and I will definitely stay here again when staying in Arezzo. Only negative--I couldn't figure out the rather complex shower! But it looks like it would be a great one.

I really liked the proximity to the train station and the many dining options. The breakfast options were fantastic, and the service of most of the staff was great. The one thing that bothered me some was the loud music late at night from the nearby bars. My daughter and I were there over the Antique market weekend.

The staff was great. The room was nice but had some idiosyncrasies. The bathroom light was two rooms away. Didn’t discover that until the 2nd day. No hot water in the shower. The staff let us use another room to shower though. The area around the hotel looks a little sketchy. Most restaurants were closed during our time there.

Very good location down the street from the train station (walkable). Staff very nice! The place is very dated and it was noisy at night as my room faced the street.

Overall excellent hotel.

It was great, the room was big for Europe. It was in a great location right downtown and was easy to walk everywhere. I gave it a four only because it could use some new paint but it was clean and comfortable. The service was awesome super friendly and the woman at the desk helped me plan my day so I could see everything on foot.

The hotel was located very close to the train station. It made for an easy walk with luggage. The room was nice and clean, The room I was located in was facing the street and the noise coming from the street was rather loud way into the early morning hours.

Soggiorno fantastico... avevo prenotato una matrimoniale ma la camera che mi era stata assegnata aveva due lettini singoli. Il personale dell’albergo si è mostrato immediatamente disponibile e gentilissimo, spostandomi subito in un’altra stanza al terzo piano con letto matrimoniale. La stanza era Ampia, luminosa, con una vasca interrata nel pavimento situata proprio dietro al letto. Esperienza davvero indimenticabile. La camera era pulitissima, silenziosa e davvero accogliente. Dotata di tutti i comfort, incluso un kit di sali da bagno e crema corpo. La colazione è stata servita in camera per evitare assembramenti nella sala comune.
