It is a nice hotel, but the staff is not that nice if you don't speck Hungarian. Room 729 was very cold and I call to reception but the Lady that was there that time didn't do anything.

Staff was very rude. I was waiting on line to get check in and the staff was checking in their friends first even though I was next in line. Then when I got to check in, this woman came right to the desk and the person taking care of my check in went to help her leaving me waiting some more. Bad training

The best hotel!!!

The hotel is old and outdated. The couch in our suite was broken, the shower was broken. In 5 days the room was never cleaned, only towels added. Sauna is very small, no free salt room. Only dry and steam. The personal was friendly, the location is close to the lake, walking distance to everywhere. You don’t need a car. But we like better the Europa hotel where we stayed before for twice as less money than this time. It’s not worth it.

We had a nice visit, it was unseasonably warm and the air conditioning hadn’t been turned on, so our room was hot. The town is a short walk away and very nice.

Loved hotel!! Location incredible, few minute walk to thermal lake, rooms very clean and comfortable, staff amazing and helpful. The all-inclusive dinners are huge, delicious, and a lot of variety. Highly Highly recommend! Thank you Danubius!!

A really great stay at this lovely resort. Buffet food options were extremely accommodating to someone with gluten and dairy intolerance. Excellent food, and lots of healthy choices. The room was spacious with lovely walk in shower, super comfortable bed and soft bed linens. TV does not have English channels. The thermal pools are inside and out of varying temperatures and varying water features for massage. The outdoor swimming pool was empty and out of use which was disappointing so swimming was not possible. The location is set in a forest and peaceful, but there were quite a lot of children staying so outside thermal pools were very noisy.

Das Hotel per se ist okay, die Therme Okay. Das Essen ist auch okay zumindest gibt es immer wieder etwas was man zum essen findet. Dennoch muss ich hier leider eine schlimme Erfahrung teilen. Am Abreisetag haben wir checkout um 11 Uhr gehabt doch waren noch in der Früh in der Therme haben uns gedacht wir gehen bis ca. 12 Uhr noch Baden und dann noch Mittagessen, da wir All Inclusive gebucht hatten und reisen dann gemütlich zum Heimweg ab jedoch war dem nicht so. Gleich zu Beginn hat ein Kellner (!!Herr Miklos!!) in der Masse der Leute genau uns befragt, das wir nicht essen dürfen und das wir das Mittagessen zum Zahlen haben obwohl wir nicht aufmerksam darauf gemacht worden sind. Man hat uns dann einfach eine Zettel gezeigt den ich noch nie gesehen habe wo dann einfach so drauf steht dass hier gewisse dinge am Abreisetag nur bis 11 Uhr inkludiert sind (aber hauptsache All Inclusive) ich muss zugeben für ein Hotel dieser Klasse hat es mich gewundert ich finde soetwas überhaupt nicht fein/fair und auch nicht nett. Vorallem dann noch daruf zu bestehen, wow.. mir ist der Apetit vergangen veratändlicher weise... --> Defintiv kein Comeback mehr

Alles sehr gut, nur der Pool wurde renoviert

Der gesamte Hotelbereich sowie unser Zimmer und auch der Wellnessbereich waren sehr sauber. Das Personal war freundlich und zuvorkommend.
