What a lovely place. Nothing really negative here, all was very good. We where missing a fridge on arrival from our room, but they found one within 30 minutes and fitted it. Breakfast was great, lovely choice of hot food or fruits, cereals, breads, coffees. Bar service was till midnight was great, but one evening barman would not serve us at 11.57....even our bus driver tried to persuade him but he wouldn't give us a drink. Great location for walking around Mouscron, nears bars and restaurants. Reception service was first class.

I stayed in this hotel while on holiday in Belgium and had a wonderful experience. The rooms are lovely and clean and I loved the eco-friendly shower! While on vacation, a family member had a medical issue and the gentleman at the front desk was so kind and helpful. Breakfast was wonderful and the location is unbeatable, walking distance to lots of lovely restaurants and shops. I really appreciated that the hotel offers a little guide to local sights and restaurants at the front desk. I would highly recommend this hotel!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I cannot say enough good things about my stay at Hotel Alize in Mouscron. From the moment we arrived, the staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Every member of the team was friendly, professional, and incredibly accommodating, making what was only a layover into one of the most enjoyable parts of our trip. The complimentary breakfast was absolutely outstanding—far more substantial than we expected, with a generous selection that easily kept us going for the day. It was one of the best hotel breakfasts I've enjoyed. Despite being located immediately adjacent to the pub district, the hotel itself was remarkably quiet. We had a peaceful night's sleep with no disturbances at all, which speaks volumes about both the location and the quality of the hotel. I truly could not have hoped for a better stay anywhere. If I ever find myself back in Mouscron, Hotel Alize will be my first choice without hesitation. Thank you to everyone on the staff for your outstanding hospitality!

Really impressed with this hotel, especially the service - professional but not stiff. It has a great location in Mouscron but if you are going to Kortijk and you don't have a car, it's less than ideal. That said, Mouscron is lovely. I loved the textile history-themed decor. The included breakfast was very good, with lots of fresh and healthy choices, as well as the standards. Reception, housekeeping, dining service all well above average.

One of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed in, a fabulous place. The location just off the Mouscron town square is perfect especially at Christmas time because so much goes on this town to celebrate. The staff were so so lovely, nothing was too much! The manager is handsome 😍 lol...The hotel and town are perfectly located for the cities of Lille and Brugges too, both within just over an hour away. I can't wait to go back!.....Breakfasts are divine and the offering is vast.
