Lovely hotel and nice staff but the pool was closed because the lifeguard was off so wasn’t able to use it

This place is ok, although it has the potential to be lovely. Its having a rebuild at the moment, but silly rules like a deposit for towels and not being able to use your room ones and having to pay to rent a certain type of sun bed really let it down. They also didnt supply coffee in the rooms. Location is ok etc, hotel again could make up for it. Overall we would stay again because of how close to torreviaja it is, otherwise wouldnt rush back until they sorted the basics. Theres Shower was great and bed was lovely in a superior room.

Een mooi hotel maar een aantal zaken in onderhoud. Dit was wel direct gemeld nadat we geboekt hadden. Zoals het zwembad en de fitness ruimte. De kamers zijn ruim, schoon en modern. Het ontbijt was elke keer met veel vers fruit beschikbaar. Het personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Easy check in, newly refurbished room with private terrace, excellent quality evening meal & breakfast in very pleasant restaurant. Nice coffee & bar area to sit in too. We were not disturbed by the refurbishment taking place at the hotel. Quiet area with free hotel parking. We did not use the extensive spa facilities which would have cost €22.50 per person for 90 minutes. Would recommend staying here.

Lovely accommodation and facilities! Pleasant staff! Junior suite gorgeous with 2 balconies! Pool and public areas very beautiful and great established plants!

Lovely hotel, but most of all great staff... big shout out the the cleaners who taught my some Spanish.... and the biggest shout out to Fran at the desk ... he was amazing .. he couldnt do enough for us, Arranging taxis, breakfast packs amongst other stuff. He is a real asset to your hotel!!

Nice hotel with helpful staff. Only negative was room was dated and could do with being modernised and also bigger balcony needed so can sit outside.
