Very clean. Basic double room had a king bed which was great however there is no had lotion or hair conditioner supplied which seems a bit frugal for a hotel like this. The cafe downstairs is really convenient. Shops etc are very close.

This hotel is really a great place to stay. There are lots of shops nearby. The breakfast was excellent. Loved the coffee and croissants that were baked fresh that morning. Would definitely stay here again.

We Iove our balcony and the service the staff gave us. Christina was the best! She accommodated us hours before our actual check in time because we came in much earlier than planned. The staff has been so helpful— Mathias, Jesus— they made our stay so enjoyable. I must say the best hot chocolate for only 1.50 Euros is also from this hotel. Breakfast is spectacular! Such a variety of healthy food to choose from. The overall ambience of the whole hotel is spectacular. We could see the historical street from our balcony room 217. This is by far our best vacation! It’s also the best choice to be close to all tourist spots— Barcelona cathedral, Picasso museum, Sagrada Família and more. We also chose this place to be close to MSC Terminal! We took the taxi for only 14 euros to be at our cruise terminal. The staff called the taxi for us. Thanks a million to the whole staff of Catalonia!

Our Room was surprisingly large, the staff was very helpful, rooms were clean, and it was a great location.

The staff was very helpful with extraneous arrangements we had and with storing our luggage. Great breakfast, wonderful location and very large shower. Nice, clean and large room. The only thing I would improve are the beds - a llittle too hard for us. Otherwise, a wonderful place to stay in the Gothic Quarter.

Julia was absolutely wonderful. You could not ask fro a more charming and helpful front desk person. We will be back.

Excellently placed hotel in the middle of the Gothic Quarter, close to La Rambla. Very well situated for shops, restaurants and bars and minutes from Metro station, so easy to reach. Gothic Quarter is not everyone's favourite area, but we love it. Good sized room on ground floor, facing inner courtyard. No exterior windows, with only a small window onto the courtyard, so the room was a little dark, but not a massive concern as we were seldom there during the day. Would definitely consider returning
