Shout out to the front desk staff who are very helpful and the staff at breakfast who was very nice in accommodating our requests.

Pros: close to city centre, wonderful staff, excellent breakfast. Cons: the room/bed was extremely uncomfortable. We both woke up with tons of back pain, it was like sleeping on a pull out couch. I woke up multiple times in the night as the room was also very hot. The room was very dated, although clean. If rooms get updated, I would recommend. Otherwise, I would not return.

The hotel was in a great location and the gentleman at the front desk was very helpful with restaurant recommendations. The room itself was quite large, though the furniture appeared decades old and the bed needs replacing.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is excellent—close to everything and very convenient. One of the highlights was the special touch of complimentary snacks, which made the experience feel more personal and welcoming. The room was spotlessly clean and well-maintained. Hotel Diana was very cute. The staff were amazing and very helpful with dinner reservations and transportation. The location is perfect to walk to great restaurants and shopping. Would recommend.

Wonderful host! Told us tips on where does there were genuine restsurants, clean, wonderful breakfast, concierge info, kind host, right in historic center of this beautiful city. Warm comfy wool blankets for bed.

Hotel Diana was reasonably priced. I had a very early checkout and the staff left a drink box and snack bar on the front desk for me. Nice touch!

What we liked best about this hotel was the breakfast buffet, which was included in the price. The room was clean as was the bathroom and the shower has good water pressure. The facilities are old and the air conditioning is not great. We had to move rooms twice to get an air conditioner that worked. I question if the filter was ever changed. I would not recommend this property to anyone with asthma or severe allergies to mold. We only stayed here for one night as we were leaving for a cruise the next day from the Ravenna port. When you arrive at the train station (we took a train from Rome) the area is a bit shady and dirty. Once we got to the hotel and walked to the center of town, we found some lovely restaurants that were reasonably priced in the center square. Transportation to the port from the hotel is tricky because there are a limited number of cabs and vans. If you didn’t book your travel in advance you have to call a cab company early in the morning to pick you up. Depending on how early the pick up is you may need to wait at the port a little bit.
