Parking safe at the back of property and free. Plenty of spirits and bottled beers. Staff excellent, extremely helpful. Room was spotless, nice double bed (for a single room) toilet and shower spotless. Really good value for what I paid.

Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Clean room. Lovely breakfast. The decor is a little dated and could do with refurbishment but overall a very pleasant stay. Conveniently located for Mollineux. A lovely pub just 50 yards up the road too.

We received a very warm welcome, with lots of relevant information provided. We were offered help with luggage, which was very much appreciated. The room and en suite bathroom were both large and the bed was very comfortable, with extra pillows already in the wardrobe if needed. High quality tea and coffee provided in the room. The soap and shower gel smelt divine! A very friendly chat with reception staff on check out, and they seemed genuinely keen to know if we'd enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend this hotel :)

Grateful that the staff were very accommodating of my request to check in early. Room was clean, great bathroom and shower. Bed was very firm but I slept well. My room faced the road, there was some noise from the traffic (think the window was single-glazing) but it wasn't too bothersome. Radiator in the bedroom for temperature control was effective. Very good location with a good selection of shops, pubs & takeaways nearby. I'd be very happy to stay here again.

The guy in reception was really nice and helpful. I wanted a plug for my bath because my back was bad and he found one for me. Room was good and comfy - some older aspects of the room but it was comfortable and close to the centre. Cpuld do with a few more plugs in the rooms and the bathroom fan was a bit annoying as it went off even if you walked past the room without going in!

Room was cold. Had to leave after 1 day. I told them they offered me a heater and it was still cold and draughty and paid for a superior room so paid extra. Ended up leaving. Staff offered to change rooms after i had said i was leaving and had booked somewhere else. Didnt care.
