Good location

This was our 2nd time to stay at Hotel Smeraldo. We enjoyed our stay so much three years ago that I booked it again for this trip! The staff is so friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. One of our favorite things about the hotel is the adorable roof top bar. We had dinner our last night and it was fantastic! Wonderful little hotel! I would book here again if we ever visit the Eternal City again!

Excellent location, central to everything, great breakfast, comfortable rooms and excellent customer service

Great and helpful staff, with a good breakfast. The AC worked but struggled a bit during the heatwave. The location was excellent for sightseeing, though the area is very touristy.

Room very clean, WiFi good, breakfast excellent and staff very helpful. Front desk staff very helpful and courteous in all respects. The hotel is located nearby several attractions of interest and restaurants.

Staff and hotel are great. However, over priced for the size of room you get. It’s a tiny space. I booked this for me and my husband and the space was not enough to even open our luggages.

We absolutely loved the place & breakfast was a plus. They had a tremendous staff! The place is very clean. I would definitely stay there again. Rooftop bar was our favorite.

Hotel Smeraldo was just amazing. The staff, room, rooftop, location were spectacular. Since the moment we arrived we felt at home. The breakfast was great and I recommend the pizza in-front of the hotel (superb).

Great location with kind stuff members. Close to great food planes and nice stores. It’s a small room but has everything that you need. The bad was very comfortable and the room was clean. Great value for money

This hotel was everything we hoped for. The location is incredible— it is in the center of everything you want to see — St Peter’s, the Pantheon, the Colosseum, etc etc. The staff is first rate, very very friendly and helpful and knowledgeable. And the included breakfast is absolutely incredible. Espresso made to order the second you walk inside! Every kind of delightful pastry available. Bacon and eggs and sausage! Also a lot of healthy choices like yogurt and granola. Fresh juices etc etc etc too much to list

It was a very clean and beautiful facility. It was in a great location. There was a wonderful variety of food for breakfast. The staff was helpful in getting a taxi for our transfer to the airport.

Nice place

We stayed for one night and it was fine however location of hotel is not very convenient and the rooms are very small. There is a nice rooftop bar and the staff were lovely. Breakfast had a good variety.

Staff was incredible from start to finish. They helped me arrange transportation before we arrived, and once we checked in all of the staff was amazing. Beautiful hotel, delicious breakfast. Highly recommend!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Smeraldo. The staff members were very helpful and informative. The room was clean and comfortable. What a fabulous location!. We walked to all the attractions. We would definitely stay here again.
