The hotel was clean, warm and welcoming. Breakfast was really good, great choices and attentive staff. Room was clean, quiet and well equipped. My only issue was being allocated a disabled room. The high toilet, low sink and weird shower. The other couple in our group also given a disabled room did complain and were reallocated although told thats what theyd booked 🤔

Front desk staff were lovely , helpful and talkative which is always a nice start , breakfast was good and easy , my only issue with my room was we were given a wheelchair friendly room so Shower , Toilet and Sink were very low down which was a bit of an issue but other than that our stay was great !!

Second time staying here and it was just as good the second time. Hotel was clean and welcoming and had a nice to feel to it. Room was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. We had the breakfast buffet both mornings which we enjoyed and a variety of food everyone and for various dietary requirements. Hotel is close to the train station and town centre which useful. Will definitely be recomending and staying again

Room was nice but hot and the air con didn’t seem to work. The shower was good but the shower curtain was manky. Made a cup of tea and the milk was off. There was also a draught coming from a window

We had a lovely warm welcome from the receptionist with a great value upgrade. Hotel is clean and modern. Some members of staff could do with being trained on how to make guests feel welcome (a simple ‘hello’ when they return after a night out, or a ‘good morning’ when they sit down for breakfast…). Quality of breakfast was a little disappointing - cheap, undercooked sausages and bacon…Overall, a nice stay though. We would return.

I have stayed at the hotel many times under this and previous ownership. I like the central location and walking distance from Watford Junction (15 minutes train journey to London Euston.

Fantastic value for what I paid. Large room, comfortable, pretty new fit out. I’d stay again

Stayed here a few times. Location is great and the hotel is always lovely & clean. Reception staff very friendly & helpful. Bar staff great too.

Location close to rail access to central London. Very comfortable stay, room was spacious, clean and quiet. Staff were always friendly and helpful. Restaurant offered nice range of meals and food was very nice.

The heater/ac unit was not working so the room was freezing so unable to sleep. The staff were not interested in assisting me with the issue & advised me to complain to hotels.com who I had booked with.

Lovely and quiet! Staff have helpful tips about things to do in London. Only a 10 minute walk to the station (the street from the station to the hotel is quite dark though - didn’t feel comfortable walking it alone at night)

Great stay for what we needed. Right in the middle of town and next to station. Clean and spacious room.

The night staff is very friendly, but the morning staff is upset. The morning receptionist keeps threatening for an overcharge if we’ll be overstaying for 10 mins.
