The Leonardo Hotel exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we entered the lobby, we were impressed by its magnificent ambiance and warmly welcomed by the friendly front desk staff.
The cleanliness and freshness of the entire property were truly refreshing. The hotel is also conveniently located near the High Street, where there are numerous restaurants and shops, all within walking distance of train and bus services.
Our room was spacious, comfortable, and well-appointed, making our stay even more enjoyable.
I would like to make special mention of Angie at the front desk. She was exceptionally professional, kind, understanding, and caring throughout our stay. Each morning, she greeted us with a warm smile, enquired about our well-being, and encouraged us to reach out if we needed any assistance.
One morning, we informed Angie that the air conditioning in our room was malfunctioning. She responded immediately, arranging for us to be moved to another room on a different floor without any inconvenience. Kudos to you, Angie, for your outstanding customer service.
