This place needs a major overhaul. Carpets are stained and room smell musty. Although close to downtown the number of homeless and drug addicts hanging around the hotel makes it fell unsafe. Although this is the case in the entire downtown area. I would recommend staying at one of the newer hotels further from downtown for the same price.

Friendly and accommodating

The room was clean, but dated. Our room needed some wall repairs. Good location fast food, Giant Tiger across the street for treats or necessities. Plenty of parking and breakfast was great for what we would usually eat at home. Cereal, toast, yogurt fresh fruit and coffee. Staff were amazing!! Thank you!

There was nothing almost in the room, no coffee or coffee maker, no microwave or heater, no shampoo. The fridge was empty. The breakfast was so basic, not much option. Do not count on Breakfast. It has free parking which is good. At night when we came back to inn and to our room aa stranger chased us and entered to inn from back door that goes to parking and it is a one way door it means you can exit but no enter. she knocked on the door and when i opened the door she pretended that she lost her room ànd when I went to parking from the back door I realized the door was not latched and was ajar and the same woman was in parking and taking a shopping cart with stuff insde and surprised by seeing me and gone. I informed the reception and he said I will take care of it. thank god nothing happened untill next morning. Even the police car was parked in front of the inn. but check in and check out was easy and staff were friendly and nice.

A great place to stay, not very modern, even a little old, but it’s comfortable, and staff nice, breakfast not fancy, but good enough👍

Overall, the experience was good, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. However, the room and bedding could use more attention to cleanliness and freshness. Improving these areas would make the stay much more comfortable and enjoyable.

An old building that needs lots of work. Room was fine. But hallways and general property needed lots of work. Would not recommend staying here. Unbelievable that $250 could be charged for this.

Nous sommes allés avec nos deux chiens et c’était super. Le personnel était accueillant, notre chambre était propre et l’air climatisé fonctionnait à merveille. Le seul bémol, ce n’est pas dans la meilleure partie de la ville.

While the hotel is an older building, the room was very clean, breakfast options were no frills, but adequate, plenty of free parking, and the staff were very friendly and professional.

We stayed 2 nights, zero issues. They could use a hallway carpet change and more tables in breakfast area.... but otherwise, all good, comfortable, decent breakfast, good coffee and close to waterfront. We would stay there again. Helpful, friendly staff.

Seems to be a pattern When I arrived , the clerk they didn't have my reservation despite the fact she was given all the information. It took some time to get her to find the reservation I have had similar experience lately in Fredricton & Montreal Seems that the staff have a racial view of Canadians. and try to take advantage of our mellow way of dealing & believing mis-information.

WE DIDN'T DRIVE BUT LOCATION GOOD FOR CITY BUS. WE USED K PASS Each DAY AND FRONT DESK ALWAYS HELPFUL TO GUIDE US IN RIGHT DIRECTION. HOTEL OLDER AND NEEDS SOME RENOVATING BUT CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE.BREAKFAST GOOD, would stay there again

Door bolt broken I booked the wto g date and they accommodate me however I was also booked for the additional room I Booked May 14 by mistake I Needed May 7 which they moved and didn’t cancel my original booking I was charged for May AND May 14 I tried to change it and my itinerary said unavailable therefore I assumed it was cancelled

The room was quiet (always a big advantage not to have a lullaby of cars whizzing by down a nearby road), bed was comfortable and there was also a room in the room for an armchair with a lamp next to it, perfect for a bookworm. The stuff was nice and helpful.

parking was fine. staff was friendly. They cleaned the rooms but the smell in hallway and rooms wasn’t good. Furniture old, carpet disgusting. staplers sticking out between walkway from room to bathroom and was frayed. Door to hallway - the bottom half was about 1/4 inch open.
