Bad facilieties

The staff personnel was ok . The only problem was the the cleaning room personnel , they wake up us so early, and, I really didn’t like it

The hotel is ok, rooms are very basic. The windows were old, the sink was noisy. Compared to other hotels, I felt the beds were not as comfortable. The stuff was very helpful and it is located in a great spot in the Main Street of centro historico.

I called a few times before arrival. I needed info from them. They never picked up. The garage was full. We had to leave our vehicle in another garage that didn’t open until 10:00 am next morning. Location is great but I wouldn’t stay there again.

Todo el staff muy amable, el desayuno podria mejorar estaba frio, estaba muy cerca de todo lo turistico en el centro de Zacatecas, la habitacion estababien pero podria modernizarse un poco. Las habitaciones no son a prueba de sonido y se escuchaba mucho la musica de afuera.

Rooms are clean but they don't have AC only Fans l. I booked 2 Rooms 1 was with a king bed and a twin bed when I showed up they no Rooms they were booked they just gave me a regular room with 2 queen beds that was the only upsetting thing about this hotel.

The hotel is centrally located near the cathedral. Just a few minutes walk to anywhere in the centro. The building could use some upgrades. The room had air conditioning which was nice. The TV was outdated, couldn’t watch Netflix or YouTube. Breakfast was nice in the mornings. They will make you eggs how you want them plus chilaquiles. Overall, we didn’t come to spend lots of time at the room. Staff was nice and helpful with questions.

Great hotel at a great price located at the center of downtown Zacatecas near a lot of restaurants and places to visit.

Disfrute la estancia en Argento. Con mi familia porque está en el Centro de la Ciudad. Disfrutamos caminar y deleitar nuestro paladar con diferentes restaurantes alrededor, acceso desde los balcones para mirar los Desfiles y otros eventos nocturnos. enfrente del hotel hay autobuses turísticos de dos pisos que te llevan a disfrutar de la ciudad, hay diferentes agencias con guías turísticas, tiendas artesanía y joyería en plata Zacatecas y estos son algunos lugares que están cercas del Hotel Argento. Este hotel tiene precios económicos y sus habitaciones son sencillas, que proveen cosas básicas como 2 botellas con agua, shampoo, jabón para manos y cuerpo y loción para el cuerpo y toallas y no todas las habitaciones cuentan con aire acondicionado. El Hotel Argento tiene desayunos americanos Con chilaquiles sin extra cargo. Agradezco a todo el Personal tan amable Y apoyo que brindaron a mi familia e invitados.

Clean room and friendly staff

The room had multiple issues, including a clogged bathroom sink, dead batteries in the TV remote control, and unsanitary bed sheets that were blood‑stained.
