Very nice and clean

Liked the room and it was clean. However, could hear outside noise; traffic, garbage pick up early morning, airplanes, etc. Not a good night's sleep

Not good. Elevator not working. Heat not working. Paid for a glass of wine at bar and was given an ounce or two less than my husband got. Room was clean except for a glass which we had to rinse out first. Front desk clerk was rude. She continually interrupted our conversation with her manager for her own business, not to serve another customer. Very little to no food selection like we are usually used to at a Hyatt.

Large room great breakfast

Very nice hotel. Room was large and very clean. I would recommend to others.

They need to put plugs in the rooms for your electronic devices. And the ice machine wasn’t working on the floor we were on. And then went to the restaurant and they didn’t have anything for you to order on the menu. I don’t think I would stay there again. Needs a lot of improvements for the price of this hotel.

Very clean hotel stay. Large spacious room. The only complaint was no microwave in room. You have to use the only designated one in the lobby which is very inconvenient.

My daughter and I were very, very happy with everything from the front entrance to the room, and the room was great! The front desk staff was very knowledgeable about the area and where we needed to go. Last but absolutely not least, the breakfast was spectacular. Home cooked and really delicious

Really enjoyed our stay!! Hotel room was really nice and super clean. Staff was phenomenal!! Will definitely be back!!

Terrible

Their price is competitive to other hotels nearby, but their services and the quality of the stay there are generally better than the places we have stayed in the past, for example Quality Inn. Especially their breakfast, it’s hot, it’s plenty of food and has various choices to choose from.
