Excellent staff. From front desk to airport shuttle service to cleaning staff. Having adjacent restaurant is a real plus.

Rooms were decent, staff was nice. I really wish there would’ve been a fridge, it was unfortunate that there was no way to keep our leftovers from the restaurant

Every aspect from checkin until departure was smoothly and efficiently performed. Staff from front desk to housekeeping were friendly and welcoming. I left an item in the room and was boarding my flight when I realized it. I made a quick call to the hotel and had housekeeping check. Called me back to verify it was found and would be waiting for me at the front desk when I returned. Thank you Acclaim personal. I will be back for further stays..

Great place close to airport

The free shuttle was terrible. We phoned the number over and over for at least 20 minutes to tell them we were ready for pick up. Finally came and hotel staff said they were too busy to pick up the phone. There were 3 people at the front desk surely one could have answered the call. We were not the only ones calling and getting no response. Once we got there the hotel was good however the elevator got stuck when we were leaving and we missed the shuttle to go to he airport. They did come back for us which was good.
