Nice accommodation, airy and bright with a good pool, staff really friendly and helpful. Rooms are a good size with good facilities.

It was a terrible experience, the guy at the front desk who came in for the night shift ( don’t remember his name ) and his manager were so rude , hateful, it was the worst experience ever , please avoid staying there , they need a lot of improvements with the staff that work there , it was a shame , we were forced to Leave the hotel , please avoid staying there if you’re looking in for good service and to be treated well

Pros: clean, excellent location (2 minute walk to the beach), pleasant apartment (recently refurbished), shop and restaurant at the bottom of the building, friendly staff, nice swimming pool (enclosed, sun beds), balcony with a sea view. Cons: lack of privacy for the bedroom (no door and the bedroom is separated from the living room only by a curtain, fine for a couple without kids though), wifi access is not constant depending on where we are in the building, noisy at times, especially with the doors shutting down automatically and therefore slamming), no noise cancelling floors… Despite these cons, I would highly recommend this place as great value for money and pros outweigh cons. I would definitely go back there.

Staff were helpful. The room was ok but in need of a deep clean. Just about adequate to self cater. Our balcony looked onto the adjacent building so not much of a view. The pool area again is a bit tired but is quite pleasant and a sun trap. Pool staff very attentive. Location is 5 minutes from the beach and prom with 3 restaurants on the way. There is a liqour store 10 minutes walk away and a huge marjane supermarket about 30 minutes walk away. If you want a self catering appartment close to the beach with a pool at a reasonable price this is a good choice.

Perfectly situated in the center of town, near the beach and all the nightclubs. The rooms are very large and the restaurant downstairs is very good :)

Little bit outdated, needs some maintenance, pretty much as everything else in Morocco, but it is very close to the beach, stuff is super friendly and welcoming. Had some ants on kitchen table, hope maintenance can address this issue. Also, we had "king size"bed in fact it was two double beds put together and they kept sliding apart so we constantly had gap right in the middle. Overall it was a good stay, primarily because of the location.

We enjoyed our short stay. It was peaceful, lovely and the hotel staff were so nice and attentive to our needs. the location is very nice too near the agadir best 2 areas (Beach and beach walk).
