Hotel was clean with indifferent staff. We stayed 5 nights during extreme heat conditions and were allocated one 33cl of water without incurring extra charge. The room had four coffee pods but only two sachets of milk. I was given two extra sachets following my third request at reception. I asked to borrow two glasses from the bar area for use in the room and was accommodated very begrudgingly. On one of the mornings we left the hotel at around 07:45 and did not return until 17:00. The room had not been serviced and reception informed us the housekeeping staff finished at 18:00 so the room was left unserviced. The following day we left the hotel at 07:30 for another long day out, returning around 16:30. The room had been service but the bath towel had a tatty hole in it the size if a tennis ball. I asked to see the duty manager to summarise these issues but was told the management ate not onsite outside the hours of 08:00 to 17:00. So when the hotel claims to provide service from a 24 hour reception, it is true the reception is staffed but by people with no authority. When I did manage yo see a manager the next morning his manner was that of disinterest. Finally the location is fine if you enjoy either long walks in sometimes extreme heat or taking many trips on crowded hot buses. In essence this hotel falls below typical Spanish 4 star standards and there are many far better options

I couldn’t believe how much better Zinema was compared to other hotels, that were more expensive. Great rooms, spacious and clean with thoughtful amenities, we couldn’t have been more delighted with our stay.

Loved our stay in San Sabastian and the hotel was beautiful. We love to walk so the location was no problem for us.

New, great staff, bus stop right in front. Pretty far from old town and beach. Otherwise great place.

The entire hotel showcases photography of famous actors, actresses, singers and musical art professionals. The hotel is centrally located although we needed to take a bus to get to the beach. Overall, lovely and we'll maintained property and very pleasant and polite staff members. We liked it a lot!

The hotel room was very nice and clean. The AC was excellent and made a big difference during the hot days. Overall, I had a very comfortable stay.

The hotel was clean, the bed was comfortable and the staff was nice. I liked that the parking was safe (gate keeped and underground) and also that there was real AC. The only downside is that the hotel is 20 minutes away from the old town, very easy for adults, not as much for elders and young kids. The walk is still very nice!

We stayed for 3 nights.The hotel is a good walk to the beach and bars.Rooms were lovely and clean,beds were comfortable.

This is a Lovely Hotel with a great staff and good parking and a nice location that's walkable to the old town as well as the coast. It's totally modern and the beds are great! It has a lovely series of common rooms with couches and tables in the lobby as well. I wish the workout room had been open later it closed at 9:00 and didn't seem to be open often

Fantastic hotel very comfortable great location all in all a perfect weekend

We had a really positive stay at Hotel Zenema 7 in San Sebastián. The room was very comfortable and nicely designed, and the overall decor of the hotel is unique and full of character. The location is also very convenient. It’s a pleasant walk to the Old Town, and there’s easy access to buses if you prefer not to walk. It’s also close to both the train and bus stations, which made getting around very easy. Overall, a great experience—we would definitely recommend it.
