All staff from front desk to cleaning were friendly and helpful. Hotel is located very close to Los Portales, Cathedral, and the Cosmovitral. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Overall, I would recommend staying at this hotel when in Toluca. Plenty to do around.

Execelente ubicación justo al centro de la ciudad y a 15 min caminanado al estadio, la recepcionista súper amable, solo algunas veces se satura el elevador y hay que tomar las escaleras de lo demás lo recomiendo muchísimo

The food at the onsite restaurant was excellent. Mattresses seemed to be about ready for replacement. The laundry washed and returned clothes on the same day. Staff were very attentive.

Great location, one block from Los Portales. Contemporary property with great staff. Special mention to Alfredo in maintenance, he fixed the drain in our bathroom and a failing window on the spot. Cristina, our room attendant was amazing and took care of us.
