Lovely hotel in the middle of the city. For a one night stop over it had everything I needed. Basic, clean with friendly staff

Smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, there must have been people smoking in nearby rooms. Noisy at times, someone banging on a door at 1am woke me and my daughter up. Cleaning wasn’t very thorough, had to hose hairs down the drain in the shower and there was product and hairs stuck to the long mirror where the hairdryer is.

Clean, well designed bathroom (but needs a curved shower wall), good desk, comfortable reading chair, excellent breakfast! -- only complaint was strength of wifi signal (only 6 mps).

The room was a large size with good lighting Soft bed and hot shower I had a great nights sleep and there was a good selection of teas and coffees

Really nice hotel. Nice design inside, really nice room and very comfortable. Very good value for money - will no doubt stay again

Always a pleasure to book into this comfortable and reasonably priced hotel. Nice and fresh after some alterations liked the references to Birmingham in decor. Our room on 6th floor nice and quiet we had a restful nights sleep. The room was spotless with a well stocked refreshment station. A second pillow might have been nice particularly if staying for more than one night. A short stroll to Birminghams shops, restaurants and refreshments. Nice pub clse by tucked up a side street if you like an ale. Great stay, thank you all for making us welcome.
