It is okay, but please at least please keep a tissue box in the room. There were only two tissues left in the box which is in the washroom. I paid £67 for just a few hours, and in the middle of the night my son vomited and we needed tissues, but there were none available in the room.

Disappointing that room service had a hidden "tray charge" not detailed on the menu or room welcome letter. This was the only standout difference to other similar quality hotel brands where this is not a charge (or at least quoted on menu prices).
Other than this, was a great stay.

Staff perfect as usual. The bed in 605 was absolutely horrendous. Uncomfortable and very hard. We have never had such an uncomfortable bed in all the years we have been staying there. Not happy at all
