Food was passable at best and some of our meals got sent back (one meal got sent back twice). Staff in the restaurant were disinterested, didnt know anything about the food they were serving, and none of the food is fresh, it is all frozen and grilled or heated. The room was big, very big, the beds however were quite small and very uncomfortable, my wife and I both ended up with bad backs after sleeping in one, which is unusual for my wife. The TV in the room didn't work and once they had sorted that the remote didn't work, so required a new one. No streaming services and minimal tv stations from what we could discover on the limited time we had with the TV. Front office desk were helpful when contacted, but the whole place felt like it was understaffed, and nothing was quite right.

Parking was a long walk away and completely flooded and muddy The staff were excellent and helpful. The hotel slightly dated and didn’t have windows you could open. Breakfast was nothing special but evening bar food good.

We paid £500 for one night as was a match day for a king size deluxe. What we didn’t realise is that it was a pitch suite with an incredible view. We didn’t go to the room till 9pm and I wish I’d been told when we checked in & dropped the bag as we would have utilised it. The suite is huge but it’s dated & there were no robes, biscuits or treats which you would expect for £500. We did find an open box of condoms in a drawer which is gross. Our glass door to the balcony could not be opened but there was empty plastic cups strewn across the balcony which want nice to see. Bed was ok, hot shower & nice toiletries.

The property itself is in need of a bit of work to modernise it but it’s clean, convenient for the Stoop and the food is great. What lets it down are the reception staff and slap dash approach to payment. Despite pre paying through Expedia we have been charged the full amount for our first night on a credit card the was only authorised for £50 to cover incidentals. Really shoddy service. I expect better from the Marriott group. Will not be back and unless you are flush with cash I’d advise you to avoid!!

I paid a little more and was pleased I did. Parking spot North was other side of the stadium so drop any luggage off first. It would be great if they updated the breakfast list last thing at night so there is no delay checking you have paid for the truly delicious breakfast buffet. Other than those small points I enjoyed the stay.

The stay at this hotel was perfect for our needs. We were there for a Rugby match in the area so the location of the hotel suited us. From the moment we checked in to checking out the next day, we were made to feel very welcome and the staff were very friendly. We were given 2 of the best rooms in the hotel with view of the pitch at Twickenham stadium. This was a pleasant and welcome surprise for us. We had a few drinks in the bar pre and post the rugby game and had some food too. The bar staff were just as friendly and very attentive. Overall an excellent experience and will look to stay here again for our next planned trip to London in a few months time.

The building was cold especially the restaurant. Car park was expensive £35 , I know it was a match day but even so.We paid for half board but wasn’t told until we sat down we had to select from a different menu! Although very clean the hotel looked tired. We must say the staff we first class.

Hotel and facilities are always good We had an issue with heating but staff sorted it with a portable heater very quickly to our satisfaction and the sign with a good hotel and level of service is an issue being sorted out quickly, professionally and politely Will stay again

Where to begin? I have been coming to this property since it opened in 2009, when it was a Marriott hotel. In April, Marriott backed away, possibly because of the high rent demanded by the RFU and Radisson took up the reins. It is convenient for me to stay here but, man, does it need renovating. It is old and tired and I honestly believe nothing has been touched since 2009. I have complained in the past out of kindness as I wanted to see improvements. Sadly, nothing has changed although I believe they are proposing to renovate it. About time too!! From the threadbare carpets to the discolouration in the shower, the damaged, marked and OLD furniture, it is not good enough any more. A big plus though was the much-improved Wi-Fi speed. Thanks!! Staff were friendly but this 'old lady' badly needs a makeover.
